Positives of Post Pandemic:

Context Setting: My self Deepak Nikam joined TCS in last year, Im started working with a Reputed
Bank of India where process associated with Collection Process. im now working in Banking Domain.
When i joined office at that time process was working with limited people in the office & that was
real struggle for me. Mostly seniors were working from SBWS Mode, where i was missing
opportunity to grasp more knowledge. Still, i did exceptional work & provided services to client
during post pandemic situation with limited resources & Infrastructure. i has been awarded with
several appreciations post covid time, as my work helped team to meet their targets.

Client Intro: Client is an Indian banking and financial services, its registered office is
in Ahmedabad and a corporate office in Mumbai. It provides products and services related to
transaction banking to customers in areas of current accounts, cash management services, capital
market services, trade, foreign exchange and derivatives, cross-border trade and correspondent
banking services, and tax collections on behalf of the Government and various State Governments in
India. It has also won, Bank of the Year – India –The Banker Awards 2011.

TCS-Client Relationship: The Client has a long-term relationship with TCS, since 05 & more year’s
collection process is running smoothly in current location. TCS is giving best results/ resolutions to
the Bank by any another parallel competitor connected with Bank. TCS has come up with very trust
worthy & best business support with the Bank. Result to this Bank has giving us opportunity to hire
more & offering with excess data to work upon. Recently client has Over Taken one of International
Bank’s Indian Business & TCS is also looking forward to cope up on new data as well. As per Bank,
new data will have all elite clients & Bank has reposed trust in us to work on new data.

Contextual Masters Background: As covid has impacted all business all over the world, even our
process was not left. When i joined, i got opportunity to work from Office. Process was facing
challenges to come up with Client Expectations & Targets. Associates working in SBWS Mode were
facing issues like limited Infrastructure, Power Cuts, TOS Leakage’s & Team Performance was also not
up to the mark. Whereas customer had their own reasons for getting Delinquent on their payments
due to unfavourable circumstances. This all has bring more pressure on my & other who were
working from Office.

Solution Provided: i provided good Ideas from which helped the process to meet the Client
expectations & self-performance as well. His solution helped the process to cover TOS Leakages,
achieve targets in different tasks we perform. For that i has received Appreciations from Client
Customers & Internally as well. Quality Team appreciated him by saying “You are Inspiring role
model to your colleagues. Thank you for your dedication & commitment”
Clients Benefits: In post Covid Period where Client was struggling with different parameters made by
RBI & at the same, he has to maintain performance as well. There i played a Vital Role in providing
solutions & fulling client requirements. i also helped my colleagues via different modes as & when
required any help related to work.

TCS Benefits: In tough situation TCS came up as most trusted partner with Client. Process has met
client expectations without any single Escalation & looking forward TCS awarded with Process
Contract Renewal. In future we are expecting more Business Growth with Client as he has Over Take
a Foreign Bank.

Accolades: I received, Special Initiative Award from Quality Team. And his Team Leader appreciated
him by saying “We Appreciate you for the hard work which helped in completing the expected
deliverables. People like you make our work more rewarding & enjoyable”.
