Conclusion 1

National resilience by default means the dynamic condition of the Indonesian nation
which includes all aspects of integrated national life. In it there are tenacity and resilience
that contain the ability to develop national strength in facing all challenges, threats,
obstacles and disturbances both from outside and from within the country. This national
resilience is absolutely necessary for the Indonesian people in carrying out the life of the
nation and state and in government. This national resilience has the function of
guaranteeing the identity, integrity and survival of the state as well as maintaining the
existence of businesses to achieve national interests.

The importance of national resilience to maintain the integrity of the country, makes this
concept mandatory to be realized and to continue to be built from an early age. National
resilience, which then lies in the hands of future generations, cannot be simply released to
fulfill personal interests. This is because, indirectly, the feeling of nationality which
underlies the strength of national resilience requires a person to prioritize national
interests far more. The continuous process of realizing these conditions is carried out based
on geostrategic thinking in the form of concepts designed and formulated by taking into
account the condition of the nation and the geographic constellation of Indonesia.

Not much different from the understanding it has, the concept of National Resilience and
National Resilience itself also has a firm essence. The essence of national resilience is the
resilience and the resilience of the nation which contains the ability to develop national
strength to ensure the survival of the nation and the State in achieving national goals.
Meanwhile, the essence of the conception of national resilience is the regulation and
implementation of welfare and security in a balanced, harmonious and harmonious
manner in all aspects of national life. These characteristics must be embedded in the
personality of the Indonesian people in relation to the recognition that they are citizens
who are obliged to perform services to the State.

Conclusion 2

National Resilience is needed in supporting the success of the main tasks of government,
such as the upholding of law and order, the realization of welfare and prosperity, the
implementation of defense and security, the realization of legal justice and social justice, as
well as the opportunity for the people to self-actualize and the survival of the nation and
the State and the struggle to achieve national goals. Described as below.

a) Toughness
Is the power that causes someone or something to endure, suffer strong or can
overcome the burden that is borne.
b) Tenacity
It is an enterprising endeavor with strong abilities to use these abilities to achieve
goals.
c) Identity
That is, the characteristics of a nation or the State is seen as a whole. The state is
seen in the sense as a community organization that is limited by its territory with its
population, history, government, and national objectives as well as by its
international role.
d) Integrity
It is a comprehensive unity in the national life of a nation, both social and natural,
both potential and function.
e) Threats
That is, what is meant here is things / efforts that have the character of changing or
overhauling policies, and these efforts are carried out conceptually, criminally and
politically.
f) Obstacles and distractions
Is a thing or effort that comes from outside and from oneself, which is intended to
weaken or hinder it not conceptually.
National Resilience has 3 functions:

a) Resilience, in its position as the concept of deterring Indonesia's national resilience is


aimed at warding off all forms of threats, disturbances, obstacles and challenges to
the identity, integrity, existence of the nation and the State of Indonesia in the
aspects of: ideology, politics, economy, socio-culture and defense security.
b) Guidance for the development of the potential for national strength in the fields of
ideology, politics, economy, socio-culture and defense and security so that people's
welfare can be achieved.
c) Guidance in unifying the mindset, action patterns, and work methods made by the
government, which contains policies and development strategies in each sector to
achieve the national goal of realizing a just and prosperous society.

Conclusion 3

National Resilience is a dynamic condition of a nation, containing resilience and resilience


that contain the ability to develop national strength in facing and overcoming all
challenges, threats, obstacles and good ideas that come from outside and inside which
directly and indirectly endanger integrity, identity, sustainability. The life of the nation and
the State and the struggle to pursue its National goals.

National circumstances or conditions are always developing and changing circumstances,


therefore national resilience must be developed and nurtured so that it is in line with the
times.

National resilience has a very broad meaning. Of the Indonesian nation, which consists of
various ethnic groups, nations, and customs, national resilience needs to be understood in
a confeherensive and integrated manner, both personally and socially, so that it can be
manifested in a real world on the archipelago.

To build a strong national resilience or the strength and weakness of national resilience
are strongly influenced by the elements of national resilience of a nation and state.
According to national defense experts, they put it differently. To find out the elements or
factors that affect national resilience

1) Individual Resilience, namely the resilience possessed by a citizen who is physically


and mentally healthy.
2) Family Resilience, namely the resilience possessed by husbands, wives and children
in a harmonious family in creating harmony in the household.
3) Regional Resilience, namely the resilience possessed by the community in the area
by creating regional stability in a prosperous and safe manner.
4) National Resilience, namely the resilience possessed by the state to create national
stability.
5) National resilience is a comprehensive or integral, comprehensive approach that
reflects the integration between all aspects of the national life of the nation which
are summarized in asta gate.
