In this video I will explain about blood

What is Blood?
Blood is a body fluid made of living tissue, flowing in all parts of the body through a network
of blood vessels.

Blood has both a liquid and a solid portion. The liquid part that makes up more than half of
the blood is called plasma, and is made up of water, protein, and salt. While the solid part is
made of white and red blood cells, and platelets. These cells are continuously produced by
the bone marrow to replace dead old cells. Red blood cells live for 120 days, white blood
cells only live for one day, while platelets last up to six days.

Blood plays several important roles, including:

1. Transmit nutrients to cells in the body.

2. Get rid of metabolic process waste from the cells.
3. Red blood cells deliver oxygen from the lungs to all organs and tissues of the body.
4. White blood cells protect the body from infection.
5. Platelets produce blood clots if there is a cut or scratch.

What are the components of the blood?
Blood is composed of a combination of blood plasma and blood cells, all of which circulate
throughout the body. These blood cells are further divided into three types, namely red blood
cells, white blood cells, and platelets. So overall, the components of human blood consist of
four types, including blood plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. . All of
its components have their respective duties and functions that support the work of blood in
the body.
1. Blood plasma
Blood plasma is a liquid component of blood. Blood plasma makes up about 55-60
percent of the volume of blood in the body.
2. Blood cells
If blood plasma contributes about 55-60 percent, then blood cells make up the rest,
which is approximately 40-45 percent.
3. White blood cells (leukocytes)
Compared to red blood cells, white blood cells have a much less number. Even so,
white blood cells carry out a task that is not playing games, namely fighting viral,
bacterial, fungal infections, which trigger the development of the disease.
4. Platelets (pieces of blood)
Slightly different from white and red blood cells, platelets are not actually cells, but
rather a small cell fragment. Platelets have an important role in the blood clotting
process (coagulation) when the body is injured.
what are the types of blood diseases?
there are so many diseases when it is related to blood
here are some of them :
1. Bleeding
The condition when blood comes out of the ruptured vessel. Bleeding can occur
externally, such as blood coming out of an open wound, or internally, caused by
trauma.

2. Leukemia
Leukemia is a type of blood cancer, in which white blood cells multiply very quickly.
This condition can damage body tissues and threaten the sufferer's life.

3. Anemia
Anemia is a condition where the levels of red blood cells are very low, so the body's
organs may not receive enough oxygen. Therefore, this condition tends to make your
breath short and you tire easily.

4. Hemophilia
A disorder that affects the blood clotting proteins on the platelets. Without sufficient
protein, blood will not be able to clot properly, causing uncontrollable bleeding.

That's what I can explain about blood, although a little, hopefully it's useful for you
