For any contents do not specify herein, the implementation shall accord to
JCJ03—90 (THE SPECIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND
ACCEPTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION WORK OF CEMENT
MACHINERY) and JC/T334.1—2006(THE APPLICATION OF CEMENT
INDUSTRY TUBE MILL).
The mill adopts center driving system and sliding bearing will be used for
supporting for its two ends.
For increasing the pulverizing and screening efficiency, the mill will adopt
classifying liner, new-type compounding chamber wall and discharge grid plate.
2.2 work principle
The material is to feed directly from the chute of feeding device into the
coarse grinding chamber of the mill shell, then being ground to small
particulates by virtue of impacting by the steel balls, those particulates will
as a result enter into the compounding chamber plate through the gaps
among the coarse screening plates of the chamber parting plate, meanwhile
steel balls will be blocked by the coarse screening plates. In the
compounding chamber plate that the material will secondly be sieved by
the fine screening plate, then the coarse material are screened out and
returning to the coarse grinding chamber, on the other hand, the material
with size smaller than the size of the fine screening plate will enter into the
fine grinding chamber. In this chamber, steel balls with small diameter will
be charge to apply, resulting in the material will be further ground,
eventually the qualified product will enter into the discharging device via
discharging grid plate, discharging pipes and being discharged, the
remaining of the steel balls will be rejected through the discharging device.
3 Structure outline
The major parts of mill consist of the feeding device, the sliding bearing,
the rotation part, the discharge device, the sliding bearing lubricating device and
the driving device.
3.1Feeding device
The device comprises air-inputting pipes, material feeding pipes and frame. If
necessary, adjusting the center height of the feeding device by means of filling
adjusting gaskets between the air-inputting pipes/material feeding pipes and
frame.
3.2 Sliding bearing
The feeding end of mill adopts moveable sliding bearing; the discharging
end of mill adopts single-side fixed sliding bearing.
The sliding bearing is used for supporting the slip-ring of mill by virtue of
its two supporting shoes positioning at 30°against the vertical direction, the
bottom of each shore mounts in convex and concave spherical structure, the
convex sphere places on the concave sphere, the surfaces of these two spheres
touch with each other, thus the position can be adjusted automatically while
the mill under operating. The whole supporting shoes are placed on the
support roller through the sphere, therefore in the case that the shell
expanding with heat and contracting with cold, the supporting shoes can be
allowed to make axial move along with rotation of the mill. At the discharging
end, the supporting shoes which mounted in the upper side of the sliding
bearing will be placed on the fixed support through the spheres, as a result,
the sliding bearing can be ensured that is fixed at the mill driving side. This
kind of structure is to guarantee the good contact between the shoes and slip-
ring.
The supporting shoe is one of casting body and mounts with bearing alloy
liner. Jointing the bearing alloy liner on the casting body shall apply pouring
method, the supporting ratio pressure ≤2.2Mpa. In order to form a oil wedge
that the inner diameter of the supporting shoe shall be little bigger than the
outer diameter of the tyre, and the roughness Ra≤0.8μm, therefore scraping
is not applicable. An oil bag is mounted on the top of the supporting shoe that
will result in the high pressure oil can through it enter between the supporting
shoe and the slip-ring.
Each sliding bearing equips with one high-pressure start-up lubricating
device, the lubricating device is used for mill’s start-up, shut off and
examination, and repair for the turning gear, by means of static pressure, a layer
of oil membrane as can be made of between each of supporting shoe and slip-
ring respectively. The low-pressure lubrication means that feeding the recycle oil
into the two oil trays of the sliding bearing by virtue of the low-pressure pump,
one oil tray places under the slip-ring, another one places in front of the
supporting shoe (upper and former the rotating direction), so as to immersing the
oil inside oil tray to the slip-ring. After the mill started up, the oil will flow
between the slip-ring and the supporting shoe, as a result forming dynamic-
pressure lubrication.
In order to preventing lubricant for overflow, mounting the oil scraping
brush at each upward side of the two ends of the slip-ring. The tie-rod of the
brush has spring-tension, which can help for adjusting while installation, so as to
make good contact between the sides of brush and the slip-ring.
For preventing the supporting shoe from over high temperature during the
equipment operating, and also ensuring the equipment is under normal
operation, the supporting shoe shall be cooled by water; The cooling water inlet
is located at the lowest point of the supporting shoe, the water will through the
pipes and the hoses flow into a water rejection box which mounted outside the
sliding bearing housing, eventually being rejected from the box.
Set temperature-measuring element on the slip-ring and the supporting
shoe, thus during mill operating that the surface temperature of the slip-ring
and supporting shoe can be controlled under real time monitoring, meanwhile,
the elements will interlock the main motor, if temperature exceeds the
regulated value, the main motor will stop running.
The housing fabrication of the sliding bearing are all made of steel plate
welding, the manhole is set above for routine handling, maintenance,
examination and repair.
Rubber and sealant will be used for seal between the housing of the sliding
bearing and the foundation, meanwhile, preventing from oil leakage by
enhancing seal.
3.3 Rotation parts
Rotation parts comprise chamber wall, discharge grid plate, shell and liner.
The compounding chamber wall consists of primary screening plate, fine
screening plate, front plate, support plate, center grid and liner. The discharge
grid plate comprises the grid plate and support plate. The first chamber of the
mill adopts the ladder like liner and the double-ladder like liner for the second
chamber.
3.4 Discharging device
Discharging device is a steel structure, the upper part is the air outlet and the
lower part is the discharging port.
3.5 Driving device
Driving device includes main reducer, oil station, coupling and auxiliary
driving etc.
3.6 The lubricating device of the sliding bearing
For purpose to ensure the regular operation of the sliding bearing, in terms
of building up the high and low lubricating systems and this system shall
consist of oil station and ductwork.
Oil station will mount with high and low pressure system.
The electric high-voltage pump is mounted on the high-pressure system of
the lubricating device, the max oil supply pressure applied by the high-pressure
system is 25MPa,and 0.4MPa applied by the low-pressure system.
The interconnecting is applied between high-voltage system and main
motor of the mill; oil flow indicator is set on the low-pressure oil output pipeline
——Scribing each transverse central line pursuant to the size showed in the
drawings.
——Basic scribing measure : Use the transit instrument for checking the
horizontality of the longitudinal, transverse positioning central making-plate and
the common level of the two ends’ supporting foundation of the mill.
——Considering comprehensively while scribing, the permitted tolerance of the
central position for each foundation bolt is±10mm.
——The central distance between of the sliding bearings at feeding end and
discharge end should be consistent with the central distance actually being
measured after assembling the mill, as a result the actually measured central
distance shall be prevailed and pursuant to modify the possible deviation, and
then scribing.
4.3The quality inspection shall be carried out for the critical components of the
shell, tyre, sliding bearing and reducer etc, the damage, deformation and serious
dimensional errors shall be repaired and modified prior to the inspection.
4.4The permitted tolerance of the horizontality of the sliding bearing shall be
less than 0.1/1000,the permitted tolerance of the relative elevation of the two
coordinates is 0.5mm,the feeding end lower than the discharging end will not
be permitted.
4.5The overlap ratio of the mill’s longitudinal central line shall be less than
0.5mm when aligning of the sliding bearing; the permitted tolerance of the
distance of the transverse central line shall be less than 1mm , the permitted
tolerance of the horizontality shall be less than 0.5/1000.
4.6 The bolts inside the high-pressure oil bag (top seal of the oil pipe) of the
supporting shoe shall be taken out while installation of the sliding bearing.
4.7 Recheck the two ends’ elevations after the shell being placed on the sliding
bearing, the difference of relative elevation shall be less than 1mm,and shall
not permit the feeding end lower than the discharging end; Distance between the
central lines of the tyre and the sliding bearing base shall comply with the
stipulation of the drawing. The run-out tolerance of relative radial circle for the
5 Commissioning
The commissioning shall operate in the precondition of the installation of
the mill has approved and qualified.
The commissioning for the main motor, main reducer, assistant motor and
assistant reducer will be required to execute respectively prior to the
commissioning of the mill.
5.1 Preparation before commissioning
5.1.1 According to the specification of the drawing, irrigate lubricating oil to the
oil tray of the sliding bearing and reducer;
5.1.2 According to the specification of the relevant documents, irrigate
lubricating oil to the high-pressure start-up oil box;
5.1.3 Checking for the installation condition of all lubricating oil pipelines;
5.1.4 Before the mill start-up, starting the lubricating and high-pressure
lubricating systems firstly, for a purpose of checking for whether happen
abnormal vibration, oil leakage and the oil volume is up to the request, oil jetting
is operating normally, the main body of mill is capable of floating, the oil
returning is well and every units are under normal operation.
5.1.5 The lubricant for each part shall be heated prior to commissioning in
winter in order to preventing for oil freezing.
5.1.6 Examining for the cooling water system if unblocked in the pipelines,
water leakage or seeping.
——Mill is smooth operating, the reducer shall be free from abnormal vibrating
and noise.
—— All lubricating system and water cooling system shall be free from oil and
water leakage and water seeping.
5.2.4All above mentioned issues happen shall immediately stop the mill and
solve.
5.3 Commissioning with load
5.3.1 The commissioning with load will be executing depending on the
commissioning with empty load is approved.
5.3.2 Turn on the grinding system and other auxiliary equipment prior to
commissioning with load.
5.3.3 The process of commissioning with load shall be executing gradually,
meanwhile feeding the material and gases with corresponding volume.
——Feeding 80% of the rated volume of steel balls , commissioning for 24
hours;
——Feeding 90% of the rated volume of steel balls , commissioning for 72
hours;
——Feeding 95% of the rated volume of steel balls , commissioning for 120
hours;
——Feeding 100% of the rated volume of steel balls , commissioning for 96
hours;
5.3.4During commissioning with load, except the inspection follow the relevant
6.1 Operation
The equipment will formally put into production after commissioning and
acceptance is approved. During production, the mill shall be operating by the
personnel who have undergone the specific training and master the knowledge
of the equipment’s main structure, characteristics, and operating skills.
6.1.1 Start-up
The following are the start-up order for the mill and the accessories:
——The lubricating, high-pressure rising and water cooling system are used for
the sliding bearing and driving system;
——Air exhauster, dust collector and transmitting equipment uses for
transporting the material discharge from the dust collector;
——Discharge equipment;
——Main motor;
——Feeding system;
Close the high-pressure lubricating system after the mill operating
normally.
6.1.2 Emergency shut-off
In the event, when the mill is operating that one of the following incidents
occurred, for reason to examine and clean off the failure, that should
immediately contact the relevant posts and shut-off the equipment pursuant to
the order.
