The course subject it’s all about the Social Work Communication and Documentation that it rely
how to communicate to their clients and to document. That really important to social work case
study and to interview and counseling. And How to document we can learn in this subject a lot
about communication in social work communication we know all of us social works having a
skills and knowledgeable in communication because they dealing on clients problems that they
are interact and that we know communicate does not easy because they involved the attitudes
and the values of the clients. This subject teach to learn communicate to others. And we can
learn the gender-fair language most important to care the well-being and the integrity of each
other we can see on this subject Social worker learn to indicate bias. Which it is important also
about the consent which are Informed Consent and Inform Assent.

I really challenge I was experience the time to interview because I don’t know how do I start
from like on simulation interview the same to counseling and I was challenge while to learn the
subject to make a journal number two because I did not attend in webinar I was difficult to
understand the other words and am confused when I understand and in my understanding I don’t
know it’s impact what talk about the presentation but am pursue to understand I read how many
times every slides one-by-one to search and because am so difficult to comprehensive the words
they used am not mistaken in Fluid they used what they talk about I don’t understand. Search on
search until I know the exact meaning. I was stressed because am not easy to understand but I
pursue to understand the context of all. But I overcome it because I pursue to read.

The most enjoying and am interesting part of the subject in Social Work Communication and
Documentation about Gender-Fair Language because am proud to say I really amazing social
worker attitudes super care the integrity to an individual, caring ,protect one’s special. And the
most interesting how to be an effective interviewer and to give holistic view to my clients to give
help. Interview is really interesting and enjoying because I feel happy to interact and give help to
the clients I want to be effective interview I want to be knowledgeable and skillful I thank for
this subject and to you ma’am to share the activities that I was enjoy to practice as a social
worker.

Social work Communication and documentation was a lot of knowledge that will never forget
Yes I learn a lot about communication and documentation is a part of case study that will never
forget I relate because communication is not easy to involved in one’s feeling especial in clients
how to interview to the clients what attitudes must learn and values. I learn that in interview with
into social work and clients have the privacy should social work protect the privacy of the clients
most I learn is opening and closing sentences before we talk the clients. How to give
intervention/therapeutic interview to the client’s feelings attitudes and behaviors. And learn in
interview having three types that I will not forget structured interview that be controlled, guide
and directive interview I learn this the interview get the answer to those question only, does not
add anything from his/her own side. And the unstructured interview is opposite of structured
interview to get the clients express him/herself freely. And last the mixed or depth interview the
combination of structured interview and unstructured interview it is the methods of conducting
an interview will be influential to considerable extent by the purpose of the interview. I relate on
this three types of interview about the structured interview talk about be structured don’t add the
question in direct that the clients does not comfortable and the unstructured interview talk about
the be comfortable to clients uncontrolled feeling don’t judgmental because they encounter
emotional client that non-directed interview and mixed or depth interview I relate to base on
information free express their feeling we should be depth knowledgeable.
