A system is required that shall provide support like FoodPanda to small communities to supply daily

use commodities.

Context of use:

The context of this app will be to obtain the daily groceries at the doorsteps, if someone does not
want to go to the super market for groceries. The core idea is to have an instant delivery mechanism
and to cover the items which are the daily need of the house. People do go for groceries on a
monthly or biweekly basis and get their stock for the specified duration, however items which have
lower shelf life, or are preferred to be consumed fresh will be the prime product. In order to ensure
the instant delivery, freshness and the positive user experience a mechanism of delivery will have to
be established from the neighboring surroundings from wherever the order has been placed.

Requirements:

The requirements for the efficient user experience will be the simplest design. The user must be able
to place order in the limited number of steps. The ordering steps should not be complicated, in fact
in case of grocery item metaphoric iconic representation must ease the procedure. Language
support in local languages will be preferred as not every is fully able to comprehend the items in the
English language. If implementation in multiple languages is not possible at least pictorial
representation of products should be there for easy comprehension, and avoidance towards the
unknown factors could be done. For people who are not very tech savvy a voice note feature should
be there for accessibility and ease of use.
