Capstone Project
• The hypothesis is that the invasive banded mystery snails found in the Hammonton Lake,
are dying off in mass quantities and subsequently changing the lake’s water parameters.
• An annotated bibliography was created and an experiment testing the hypothesis is going
to be performed in Spring and Summer of 2021.
• This research is being conducted by myself under the advisory of Assistant Professor of
Environmental Science at Stockton University, Dr. Aaron Stoler.
Save Barnegat Bay September 2020-March 2021 Toms River, NJ
Intern
• Participated in a sustainable crabbing project.
• Went to several popular crabbing locations in Ocean County and recorded their
coordinates.
