DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract, made and executed by and between xxxxxxx, Filipino, of legal age, widow, residing at P-
7 xxxxxx, Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDOR; and xxxxxxx, Filipino, of legal age, married
and a resident of xxxxx, Legazpi City, Albay, hereinafter called the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a motor vehicle which is described as follows:

That the VENDOR hereby sells to the VENDEE the aforesaid vehicle, and the latter (VENDEE) agreed
to buy the above-described vehicle under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the total selling price of the motor vehicle is xxxx HUNDRED xxx THOUSAND PESOS
(Pxxxxxx.00), and receipt of the same is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR;

2. Both PARTIES acknowledge that the above mentioned vehicle is sold AS SEEN, that the
VENDEE has tried and inspected the vehicle to his satisfaction and has approved the purchase
with the understanding that the vehicle is sold “AS IS/WHERE IS” without warranties or
guarantees, either expressed or implied;

3. The VENDOR hereby warrants that the said motor vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that he will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of
whatever kind or nature from third persons.
