Reading Passage Title: The majority of crane accidents are caused by human error.
Crane Safety A high percentage of mobile crane accidents occur due to
incorrect positioning and leveling of the outriggers.
Windy conditions also make it difficult for the operator to
control the crane and position the load accurately.
