 A purchase order nu umber (PO) is required to sch hedule any worrk at your facilitty and will be rrequired soon aafter the
unit hass been calibratted in our lab.
 List of equipment requiring calibrattion or repairs, incluidng listin ng probes and a adapters separrately, as we w will not
calibratte them just because they are e included in the shipment. Te emperature proobes, modules and adaptors ccan be
used seeparately from the instrumentt provided and thus need a se eparate calibra
ation. These items need to be
calibratted, documente ed and billed se eparately.
 Expediite orders are scheduled upo on request and require advan ced notice. Eq quipment details must be provvided to
Essco byb 1 PM on the e day of the pic ck up for overniight or blue streeak service.

Preparing for Onsite Technicians
Our technicans will need a clean, well-lit area with 110VAC electrical power and room temperature conditions.
Access to instruments will have to be arranged will the equipment users, including any tagout requirements, and a
point of contact to supply the instruments to the technicians for calibration during the day(s).
