can buy their product from for example in case of K&N’S customers can directly get them
delivered. Their products are available in different retail outlets and their own company stores.
4.Service:
After sales services are very important for long term relationship so after customer buy the
product different loyalty programs after sales services can contributes to long term relation of
sales person and the customer
Example:
Loyalty card given to customer when they buy from K&N’s is a very good example of after sales
services or helpline were any problem related to food is catered. There are videos that are on
K&N’s website that shows how their products can be used differently in different recipes.
