STEP 1 - SUBMIT DISCOUNTS

Requirement for Seller:


● All sellers participating in Shopee Mall Great Sale agree to join in Gratis Ongkir Xtra program for entire campaign period.
● Seller needs to fulfill requirements of Gratis Ongkir Xtra Program:
○ Shop has at least 1 Normal product (Not Banned/Deleted)
○ Accumulated penalty points <3
○ Active and receive orders in the last 7 days
○ Shop must activate at least one of 3PLs: Shopee Xpress Instant, Shopee Xpress Standard, J&T Express, ID Express, Anteraja Reguler, Ninja Xpress,
SiCepat REG, SiCepat Halu, J&T Economy, Anteraja Economy, Shopee Xpress Hemat, J&T Jemari, Alfatrex, Indopaket, Agen Shopee, Shopee Xpress
Point on:
■ Minimum 1 product with Shop that has active product <100
■ Minimum 1% of total product with Shop that has active product >=100

Product Assortment Commitment Terms & Conditions

Requirement for Seller:


● Seller agrees to maintain their product assortment in Shopee compared to the same seller on Shopee’s competitor websites, platform, or any applications for
entire campaign period.
● More than 75% of total products available in competitor must be available in Shopee (at variant level).
● Only SKUs that are in stock will be monitored for Product Assortment Commitment.
● T&C applies to all sellers participating in Shopee Mall Great Sale.

Penalty:
If seller is unable to increase the number of their products available in Shopee to more than 75% before Peak Week, seller will not get campaign exposures in
Shopee Mall Great Sale Peak Week (1- 6 July 2022) & Peak Day (7 July 2022)

Price Commitment Terms & Conditions

Requirement for Seller:


● Seller agrees to maintain price commitment with Shopee with criterias below:
○ Criteria 1: At least 90% of all SKUs in the seller’s shop must be cheaper or identical as compared to the same SKUs sold online by the same seller on
Shopee competitor’s websites, platforms, or any applications for entire campaign period
○ Criteria 2: At least 10% of all SKUs in the seller’s shop must be cheaper as compared to the same SKUs sold online by the same seller on Shopee
competitor’s websites, platforms, or any applications for entire campaign period as compared to the same SKUs sold online by the same seller on
Shopee competitor’s websites, platforms, or any applications for entire campaign period.
● Only SKUs that are in stock at Shopee will be monitored for Price Commitment.
● Prices monitored are the final prices shown on the product page.
● T&C applies to all sellers participating in Shopee Mall Great Sale.

Penalty:
Seller will receive a penalty if the seller repeatedly fails to fulfill the T&C stated above. A maximum of 2 warnings will be given, after which the seller will be removed
from the running campaign exposure.
● Warning 1: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 for the 1st time.
● Warning 2: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 for the 2nd time.
● Penalty 1: When seller fails to meet Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 for the 3rd time → Seller will be removed entirely from the running campaign exposures.

● This requirement is mandatory for all participating sellers in Shopee Mall Great Sale.
● Seller agrees to commit the budget that will be transformed into 50% Off Seller Voucher.
● The amount of committed budget is 10% of package regular price/IDR 1.5 Mio for Basic Package:

● Budget will be directly charged to seller only when it has been used by user to purchase products.
● 50% Off Seller Voucher terms & conditions:
○ Voucher Value: Discount 50%, maximum cap IDR 10,000, with no minimum spend
○ Voucher Quota: Will be determined by Shopee according to seller’s committed budget
○ Voucher Validity Date: 7 July 2022

Penalty:
If seller fails to commit budget for the 50% Off Shop Voucher, seller will be removed entirely from the running campaign exposures. Seller will forfeit all slots
granted in package and no replacement slots will be given.

INGATKAN DISKON TERMS & CONDITIONS

Requirements for Seller:


● This requirement is mandatory for all participating sellers in Shopee Mall Great Sale.
● Seller agrees to nominate min. 10 SKUs to be featured in Shopee Mall Great Sale.
● The approved SKUs will be highlighted on special Ingatkan Diskon Collection that will be one of key pushes in Shopee Mall Great Sale.
● SKU criteria:
○ Included in seller’s Top 30 Selling Products:
■ The list of top selling products can be checked through Seller Center.
○ Minimum price for Peak Day:
■ Electronic Devices: 1.5% cheaper than SKU average price in the last 30 days
■ Electronic Non-Devices & Other Categories: 5% cheaper than SKU average price in the last 30 days
○ Minimum stock for Peak Day:
■ Electronic Devices: Min. 50 stock per SKU
■ Electronic Non-Devices & Other Categories: Min. 100 stock per SKU
● Exception can be given on case by case basis (if necessary).

Penalty:
If seller fails to nominate minimum 10 SKUs for Ingatkan Diskon, seller will not get campaign exposures in Shopee Mall Great Sale Peak Week (1 - 6
July 2022) & Peak Day (7 July 2022).

Requirements for Seller:


● This requirement is mandatory for all participating sellers in Shopee Mall Great Sale.
● Seller agrees to provide 2 Social Media Posts in a form of either IG Story or Feed Post during:
○ Peak Day: 7 July
○ Non Peak Day: 27 June - 6 July
● Shopee will provide a template that will be distributed through RM/Shopee Team for the Social Media Post, however seller are free to use their
own template.
● Seller to submit proof of Social Media Post to Shopee (instructions will be given by RM/Shopee Team).

Penalty:
If seller fails to provide 2 social media posts, seller will not get campaign exposures in Shopee Mall Great Sale Peak Week (1 - 6 July 2022) & Peak Day
(7 July 2022).

● Inclusion in shop voucher recommendation requires shop voucher submission by seller.
● Exposure schedule will be allocated by Shopee on a weekly basis.
● Each buyer will see a different set of shop vouchers in campaign landing page which will be determined by Shopee’s algorithm system.
● Shop voucher will use seller’s budget and created by seller.
● If seller’s shop voucher is inactive/fully claimed at the period of allocated exposure, seller’s voucher will not be featured in the campaign landing page.
● Shop voucher terms & conditions:
○ Voucher value: Determined by seller
○ Voucher quota: Minimum 500 voucher claim quota
○ Voucher validity date: Minimum 7 days, must include allocated period
For Main Landing Page:
■ Effective Discount Rate >= 20%
■ Max. Cap >= IDR 5K
For Voucher Landing Page:
■ Effective Discount Rate >= 20%
■ Max. Cap >= IDR 5K

Penalty:

Requirements for Seller:


● Seller agrees to provide storewide promotion during the allocated exposure period.
● Seller needs to follow requirements for storewide promo below:
○ All SKUs on shop page should have discount tag with min. 5% discount
○ Min. 5 SKUs in the shop page must hit the promo message
● Seller must provide at least one lifestyle image with requirements below:
○ Should not show a mask and model wearing undergarments
○ Should not have any text inside image
○ SKU should be on the center of the image
○ Image must be approved by Brand beforehand, any request to take down the image after submission will not be catered

● We will have 2 refreshments per day and each refreshment will last for 4 hours, timings will be informed closer to the start of campaign period
● Seller will be included in the one of the timings on their allocated date

Requirements for Seller:


● Promo message be unique and attractive, e.g. Brand A Semua Diskon 50%, Brand B Semua Dibawah 30RB, Brand C Buy 1 Get 1, Brand D Minimal Belanja 50RB
Gratis Product X; promo message “Discount up to XX%” will not be accepted
● All SKUs included in the collection must hit promo message
● Seller must submit minimum 15 SKUs in the collection
● Seller must provide sufficient stock:
○ Min 300 per SKU (for non EL)
○ Min. 100 per SKU (for EL)
Penalty:
If seller does not provide the required promotions and lifestyle images, seller will forfeit their slots and no replacement slots will be given.

● Brand must provide 3 Top Selling SKUs with price min. 30% cheaper vs SKU’s cheapest price in the last 30 days
● Min. Discount: >= 50% for all SKUs
● Qty Sold: >= 1,000 qty sold all time
● Stock: min. 1,000 per SKU
● Brand must provide social media post on teaser and Peak Day, highlighting their promotion at Shopee
● Final decision on the selected brands will be made by Shopee

Benefits for Seller:


● Increase traffic to shop & products through exposure on Ingatkan Diskon section, one of the key pushes in Shopee Mall Great Sale peak day (7 July 2022).

Requirements for Seller:


● Criteria for Seller to join:
○ Shop has min. 1 active product with stock
○ Shop is not under penalty
○ Shop is active and received orders in the last 30 days
○ Shop is not on vacation mode
○ Shop does not have fraudulent activities (e.g. abnormal order history & seller’s activity, misuse of Shopee’s program for personal interest)
● Seller needs to provide SKU with the following criteria:
○ Minimum price:
■ Electronic Devices: 1.5% cheaper than SKU average price in the last 30 days
■ Electronic Non-Devices & Other Categories: 5% cheaper than SKU average price in the last 30 days

● The Ad Types that seller will be getting are:
○ Keyword Ads

● Depending on the objective of the chosen package, Shopee will ensure Seller’s Ads positions remain at the prime spot (Ad Position 1

● Keyword bookings are first-come-first-serve basis.
