HOW TO USE THIS LEARNING PASSPORT?
1. This learning passport includes
(1) Marketing Training Programs
(2) Marketing OJT done by mentor
2. This learning passport is offered to new entrants on the day of their entrance to our company.
3. This learning passport should be maintained and recorded by mentor, and sent back to Company for
review and record after all training programs ended.
4. The mentor should be assigned by the head of department.
5. New entrants’ OJT activities should be performed by mentor, and all learning performance should be
confirmed and signed by mentor.

Role of Mentor
1. Teaching all skills in the learning passport to new entrants.
2. Teaching daily working skills to new entrants.
3. Answering all new entrants’ questions on work.
4. Guiding new entrants to finish all learning program and help new entrants to pass the program.
5. Arranging new entrants to visit customer and conduct credit checking.
