Procedure of Re-install MDU Vent Duct

1. Re-install the MDU Ventilation Duct

1) Cut off and disconnect the piping and the electrical wiring
2) Remove the MDU VENT DUCT
3) Remove the existing radiator.

Remove the existing radiator.

4)  Assemble the duct as shown in paragraph 2.
5) Connect duct to duct as shown in paragraph 3.
6) Assemble the duct support as shown in paragraph 4.
7) Re-assemble the radiator and the mdu as shown below.

3. Connection Duct to Duct

1. Insert the sponge gasket between the flange of the existing duct and the flange of the new duct.
2. Take Clip by special tool - figure10

3. Secure the duct by clip and then fix the corner with M10 bolts.
(refer to figure 13)

1 . As shown in Figure 12, assemble the parts and make them.
Use M12*40L (B/N/2PW/SW) for assembly bolts of Duct Support.
 
 
2. As shown in the following Duct & Support Drawings, each support can be
assembled according to its designated location.
Use M12*40L (B/N/2PW/SW) for the assembly bolts of Support
