Topic: Art Appreciation – The Contrast of Colors and Shapes in an Artwork
Learning Outcomes:
 Demonstrate understanding on the shapes and colors of the nature
as an art.
 Exhibit appreciation to arts in designing an artwork.
 Portray creativity and artistry in doing the artwork.

Performance Task : A Nostalgic Artwork (Poster- Making)


Using ⅛ illustration board, draw and design an artwork depicting the most
unforgettable and most attractive place for you that you had visited
already. Margin your piece with 1 inch on each side. Color your art with
crayons, pastel and etc. Make your artwork creative, neat and impressive
by working well with the colors as well as the balance of figures and shapes
of nature. Named the place you’ve chosen on the space below of your
artwork. Cover your work with a plastic cover and indicate your name,
grade and section at the back of the illustration board. Do your best and
make your effort count on doing this activity.

Criteria:
Upon doing your performance task, your finished output will be graded
through the following: Creativity ( 5 points), Neatness (5 points),
Craftsmanship (5 points) and Overall Impression (10 points).
