a slew of advantages to athletes. Hence, Sports of all types may help you maintain good

physical health, develop strong teamwork skills, and improve your organizational skills.

Football, basketball, hockey, and other team sports are affected. Sports activities provide

physiological and physical benefits such as increased physical stamina and enhanced reflexes.

All of these items are guided by a single leader who issues directives and guidelines.in sport

organization. Leader must show the truly commitment over team with your responsibilities

because it can improve our leadership ability and this skills can never found anywhere.

Although, quality leaders are necessary for successful teams, and the importance of

this role can be seen in many sports. In interactive games and matches, a leader's performance

is clearly visible. The leader's contribution to the efficacy of a team's performance is similarly

crucial, even though it is less visible in cooperative settings. Leadership may be defined as a

behavioral process that motivates individuals and organizations to achieve specific

objectives. As a result, a leader has two responsibilities: assuring player pleasure and guiding

an individual or group to achievement. Boosting morale and promoting collaboration by

tackling projects with confidence, passion, and excitement is a great method for a leader and

his or her team to work together.at a level of excellence. Building relationships, empowering

team members, creating a common vision, and having fun are all important aspects that

nurture teamwork. Be visible and open with your team.

The summary of the article is author research about Effective Leadership Style in a

Sport Organization by Harsh Kedia and Nayana Nimkar. When playing team sports, it

teaches you how to play fair, treat others with dignity, control emotions, motivate and

encourage your teammates. As a leader, you must have knowledge on how to handling

certain situation such as time management, control pressure and importantly it develops our

leadership skills. Commitment needed when you be a leader because it can bring the

organization move forward to the goals. Regarding the article explains what does leader must

be in sport organization. The author focuses on how the leader can be a quality one for sport

organization and the team because leader is the main role for athletes and team development.

The successful of the team is on leader hand, so we can say the future is on leader for

bringing wealthy and bright future for their career and opportunity in sports. The title chosen

for this article is to find out ‘who’ and ‘how’ leader to be effective in sports team.

There are three R’s component leader should have given by author to describe which

are Resilience, Relationship and Responsibility. The material and method used to conduct

this study is selection of the sample, selection of the variables, data collection, and statistical

techniques used. The respondents of this research is from 110 people who are currently

working in any sports field such as sport companies, training and playing in sport club, or

coaching in sport academy. Both gender males and females from (23.36+ 3.23) and their ratio

is 9:2 respectively.

The role of leadership has been proven to be very effective in the performance of

sports organizations as the majority of the response showed that an organization can never be

effective without leadership. They work in both accommodating and master settings which

contains college sports, beginner sports, elite sports, network sports associations, private
sports clubs, sports showcasing and executive firms, media and correspondences, fields and

civic centres, social help associations, and military sports. The sample for this research

consisted of 110 people who are currently pursuing any sports courses, working in any sports

companies, training and playing in any sports club, or coaching in any sports academy.

The dependent variable is something that depends on other factors, like the effective

role of leadership in the performance and strategies to improve leadership is dependent upon

the leadership style and thus it is a dependent variable. Most effective leadership style reveals

the most effective leadership style in an organization. Role of Leadership for the performance

of the sport organization describes the role of leadership for the performance of the sports

organization.

Where, 20% respondents think that Leadership creates radical changes in an

organization and its structure, 27.2% thinks Leadership improves organizational effectiveness

and efficiency, 22.7% thinks Leadership increases workers sense of creativity and

imagination, 30.9% thinks Leadership enhances profitability and organizational value and

finally 43.6% respondents think that Leadership improves all of the above aspects. Strategies

to improve leadership among sport organizations analyses the strategies to improve

leadership among sports organizations.

According to 21.8% respondent's Interpersonal relationship between the top

management and workers is an important strategy, 13.6% thinks Effective communication

channel is important, 35.4% thinks Seeking the opinion and advice of the workers is
important, 18.1% thinks Equity and fairness in the organization are important and the

majority of 45.4% thinks that all of the above strategies are important to improve leadership

among sports organizations.

Leadership research in sport management has determinedly fallen behind the ordinary

leadership.With the help of all the data which were collected through questionnaires, it can be

concluded that the Innovation leadership style is the most effective leadership style feasible

for any sports organization.

The strength of this content is I effectively clear with the theoretical proposal with an

outline of the examination including research issue. For instance, creator expressed the of this

competitors, scouts, the media, and medical professionals. They work in a variety of

correspondences, fields, and cities.

Then, this article was used a legal and proper content by author. The author

accustomed research and do some revision for this text by knowing the proper terms for this

text. He used the primary sources and references to refer for every content for this text and

the review is logically organized by the author. The researcher discussed a vital topic within

leadership effectiveness, leader and sport organization and also how leader adapted with sport

management in team. The way the facts and information of the author is organized is also one

of the strengths in this article. The author organizes his information in an interesting way in

be used in curbing such problems by organization and management that are closely related.

The author can give his opinion by stating contributions or incentives should be improve

among leader to be quality leader in management.

The good leadership who are able to innovate their leadership style easily to adapt

with the new environment and can be successful to make a sport organization to be

successful. The author said the quality leader is came from the person how are very

commitment on their duty and brave to take responsibility on that,

Conclusion, the author success to convey the information about the most effective

leadership style characteristic in the earlier of the study. The commitment toward the

responsibility is crucial to be a good leader and also can improve the leadership ability. The

good leadership in sport organization can effectively and efficiently give positive impact to

the sport organization.
