1.3 Opinion

Personally, I have a strong opinion that natural antioxidants should receive more attention
from the public. A lot of antioxidants inside fruits and vegetables were proved to be a good
source for health improvement, curing many diseases and lowering the risk of cancer.
Some antioxidants in tomatoes are served as components for a preventive cure of
Alzhemer’s. Antioxidants scavenge free radicals from human cells, mitigating oxidative
stress. Antioxidants' beneficial effects are being researched all over the world.
Even though over consumption of antioxidants can cause side-effects, the benefits
outweigh the downsides undoubtedly.
