They looked after the smaller
animals
- the chickens and geese
Made clothes
- spinning and weaving
Taking care of the kids
To make basic medication

All the work that was outside
finished when the sun had set.
Which meant summer days
were much longer and so was
the work.

These women even as hard as they
worked all day barely hard any time
left for themselves.
