INSTRUMENTS CONCERNED : X ALL FROM S/N:

TECHNICAL MOTIVATION:

THE CONNECTION TUBE BETWEEN THE ELECTROVALVE (EV1) AND THE DILUTER HAS
BEEN CHANGED IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A GREATER DEGREE OF RESISTANCE AND
RELIABILITY IN TIME.

DETAILS:

Description: Kit for EV-Diluter connection ; Code: 99-00906-00

Procedure:

1. Unscrew and remove Ref. A and C in Fig. 1.

2. Unscrew Ref. D in Fig. 1.

3. Insert and tighten by hand the pipe fitting (Ref.2 – Fig.2) in the diluter’s tap.

4. Insert the pipe fitting (Ref. 1 – Fig.2) in the tap of the electro-valve (EV1) and tighten it
by using a 6 mm monkey wrench.

5. Insert the tube (Ref. 3 – Fig. 2) between Ref. 1 and Ref. 2 in Fig. 2.

6. Enter in the “Diagnostic” program

7. Select the “Diluter” folder

8. Select the “Probe Wash Test” button to check the right hydraulic packing of the sampling
path.
