Introduction
Established in 2000, Superior Group of Colleges is a non-profit private higher education
institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Lahore (population range of
over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Punjab. This institution has also branch campuses in the
following location(s): Gulberg-III. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher
Education Commission, Pakistan, Superior Group of Colleges is a medium-sized (Uni
rank enrollment range: 6,000-6,999 students) coeducational higher education institution
formally affiliated with the Islamic religion. Superior Group of Colleges offers courses
and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-
bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor
degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. See the Uni rank

higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance
examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate
range is 60-70% making this Pakistani higher education organization a somewhat
selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

 Hazards and Risk
Lack of drainage
Out staying of water during rain because of poor drainage system in the vicinity of
university is one of the major issue students can get hurt by slipping or it can affect their
dresses.

Solution
We can mitigate that hazard by improving the drainage system.

Stairs
Slippery or uncleaned stairs can also be a hazard because someone can get slip and
hurt.

Solution
This hazard can also be mitigating by cleaning the stairs properly.

Improper fencing
Someone can fall and get hurt because of poor installation of proper fencing that is too
weak to hold someone and in few places there is no such barriers.

Solution
Proper fencing or barriers should be installed.

Electric wires
Uncovered wires are also a hazard. Anyone come in contact with them can get hurt
badly.

Solution
Wires should be covered sealed properly.

Construction safety
Due to lack of resources workers are performing their duties without knowing the risk
how dangerous it could be by falling down which could definitely effect their lives.

Solution
Workers should be provided with proper resources and should take all the possible
measures that can save them from getting hurt.

Uncovered sewage
Uncovered sewage can be a hazard especially in night someone can fall into it and can
get hurt.

Solution

 This hazard can be mitigated by proper coverage of sewage system.

Tower
This tower has already been broken two times and if this happen next time it can
seriously endanger someone life because of its height and also there are no safety
measures taken by the administration.

Solution
Proper maintenance checkout should be carried after a specific time.
Its height should also be reduced.
Proper protection should be provided.
