Dear Mr. Santuile,

This is with reference to your letter, Environmental Sanitation Directives and Environmental Violation
Receipt (EVR) No. 0822077 issued by your Compliance Officers pm May 26, 2021, relative to the
complaint on ALLEGED FOUL ODOR EMANATING FROM OUR FIRM’S OPERATION.

First and foremost, we apologize that we failed to submit our mitigating plan in time to address the
complaint but we are glad to inform your office that we are currently working on our part to comply
with the methodology of our mitigation plan to rectify and repair the said complaint. In line with this,
please see attached files for your copy of our required permits and clearances such as: Environmental
Compliance Certificate (ECC), Permit to Operate – Emission Source Installation (PO-ESI), LLDA
Clearance & Discharge Permit (DP). As for our PCO Accreditation, it’s still on process with the DENR
with the HAZWASTE GEN ID which can be applied once our PCO application is approved.
