Hi,
ANS:
Integration testing and System tests needs to be performed systems analysts.Integration tests assess
whether a set of substations that must work together do so without error or in different conditions. They
ensure that the interfaces and linkages between different substations of the system work properly.
The entire system is a collection of substations. In the above example a minor problem in the power grid of
substation, the software in the unit shut down the entire system. This clearly shows that Integration testing
was not performed. Different Integration testcases test each scenario how the entire system works as
expected with each substation and its interfaces.
Are there special considerations that a systems analyst needs to think about
when dealing with real-time systems?
ANS:
Real-time systems are highly coupled. The system must respond to the problem in a time frame in (SLA).
Systems analyst needs to think many considerations when dealing with real-time systems to properly
achieve a set of functional and performance requirements.
Hardware
Software components and Architecture,
OS operating system considerations
PL programming language,
Design
Human elements etc
Thanks
