You are on page 1of 16

Congratulations! You're one step closer to managing your event like a professional!

This Event Planning Template will make it

easier for you to manage your time in the lead up to your event. To help you out, we've thought about all those little steps that are
needed when planning an event, and the sequence they generally occur in.

We've split the templates into short term and medium term lead times. You'll find separate tabs for events held with 14 days
notice, 90 days notice and 6 months notice.

As no two events are the same, please make sure you review the templates against your own event needs and see if there's
anything you need to add!

Happy planning from the Enhance Entertainment Team!

Remember, if you need help sourcing an MC, Speaker or Entertainer just call us on 1300 884 485.
