FOLLOWING ARE OCNSULTANT COMMENTS RELATED TO ATTACHED WIR:

1 Installed AC units capacities are smaller than capacities on IFC drawings.

Split Outdoor Units should be installed on concrete pads and not ccepted to be rested on

masonary blocks.
3 Split Outdoor Units should be fixed perfectly on their pads.

4 Vibration isolators need to be provided for all outdoor units.

Condensate drain should not be free discharged and should be connected to the nearest

drain points.
6 Condensate trap need to be installed for all indoor fan coil units.

7 Level of indoor fan coil units need to be coordinated with ARCH.

Since several construction phases have been earlier executed on project site without
supervision from DIYAR consultant side. Therfore the contractor is solely responsible for all
hidden works which are inaccessible and invisible to be inspectedby Diyar engineers

REJECTED
8 including but not limited to materials, method statments, third party tests, verification
process of structural & MEP works, or any other documents which is not previousely
reviewed and approved by Diyar in accordance to project specifications and design
drawings.
