MY DREAM ORGANIZATION DELOITTE

VISION

My personal vision is to have a meaningful life for myself and for others. It is important for me
to live my life in a way that shows kindness, attention and concern for family, friends and even
strangers. Gaining respect for myself based on the recognition of my achievements and abilities,
I maintain a sense of appreciation for the beauty of nature and the sense of humor.

I want to have a career / life that includes constant learning and improvement for me, but also
that creates a pleasant learning environment and an improvement for others. I want to work with
and around people, and it's important for me to like it; but it is even more important to me that
you feel that I have helped you in some way, not necessarily that I do a specific good deed, but
rather that some kindness or consideration or wisdom has influenced you

MISSION

My mission is how you commit yourself to live your life. Influence all areas, including family,
spirituality, physical well-being, leisure time and work. A clear personal mission is the
integration of their abilities, interests, personalities, values, objectives, skills / experience, family
of origin and stage of adult development. It is huge!
If you have a mission, you will do it.
• Have a guide for decisions,
• Become guided by meaning and directed towards the inside,
• Think long-term,
• Keep the balance in your life

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
The organizational structure of Deloitte is based on 2 points of view or approaches.

1- Geography (or associated companies): based on the operation region (customer position), ie,
EE. United States, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, etc. (There is currently a
combination of member companies between the UK, Switzerland, Nordic and some others to
form the Deloitte North West Europe member company).
In India there are offices of the company member of Deloitte India (which serves Indian
customers), as well as something called USI, which is the Indian office of the member company
Deloitte in the United States (serving clients based in the United States).
Edition: for every intention and legal purpose, each member company is a separate legal entity
(company). But, in some cases, to meet customer demands, they work together.

2- Service Line: Deloitte has 6 lines or service areas; that is, audit, advice, tax, legal, financial,
risk assessment and enabling areas.
So, if I had to combine the above 2 points, I would get an array of operations. But every member
company may not have all 6 verticals.
Now, from the point of view of arbitrage, the company is not very high, with, sometimes,
analysts / consultants working directly with a senior manager or a PPD (Director, Partner,
Director).
This may seem a little confusing or much to assimilate, but it makes customer delivery smoother
by improving collaboration between stakeholders and interdependent support structures

The next highest position in Deloitte is that of the senior manager. The senior manager directs
the administrative branch of the company and ensures that all activities and operations are

departments and is also responsible for hiring in the branch or company. Depending on the size

After the position of the principal consultant comes the position of the consultant. It is an
individual responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their needs, creating meetings,
managing communication and compliance with all instructions provided by the principal advisor.
These people must have 2-3 years of experience in the company and, after gaining more
experience, can move to the position of principal advisor.

Analyst :

The entry-level position in Deloitte is that of the analyst. The analyst is an individual who has

your resume, the better it will appear in our system. We understand that this makes the CVs less
attractive and will be taken into account when the request is reviewed. You will also have the
option to attach your CV to your specific job profile. We advise you to send us your CV in both
ways.

Within the shipping process, you will be asked for position preference. This information will be
consistent in all presentations of your profile. If you express interest in the position (s) in more
than one position, the last choice made for the first and second position preference will be the
only one that will remain visible in all the specific job profiles. This is very important to
remember. Send yourself only to those positions that interest you and where you see an
adjustment with your skills and qualifications for the position. In most cases, you will not be
interviewed for more features or offices.

process much faster. Do not create multiple accounts with different e-mail addresses in our
system.

that if you use the Exit button, the information on that page will not be saved.)

is still published.

• Once the shipping process is complete, you can send a copy via e-mail using the "Send me my
e-mail shipments" link. This link is displayed on the final "Thanks" page of the presentation.
This will allow you to review the shipment and return to the system to review it if necessary.

be examined by recruiting professionals and hiring managers in the offices where you have
presented your interest. It will not be reviewed until after the submission deadline.

steps and schedule the interview on campus, if selected.

How do I plan to get into those positions

Make career planning

Many of us have physical exams, we visit the ophthalmologist and the dentist, and we do a lot of
other things every year, why not plan the race?

Find a day or a weekend once a year, more often if you feel the need or if you are planning an
important career change and plan a retreat for you. Try to block all distractions so you have time
to really focus on your career: what you really want from your career, from your life.

Page | 8
By making career planning an annual event, you will feel more confident in the choice and
direction of your career, and you will be better prepared for the many uncertainties and
difficulties that may arise in the future.

Reflect on likes and dislikes, needs and desires :

Change is a factor of life; Everyone changes, as do our likes and dislikes. Something we loved
doing two years ago can now displease us. Therefore, take some time to reflect on the things in
your life, not just on your work, of which you feel more convinced.

Finally, take the time to really think about what you want or need from your job and career. Are
you trying to make a difference in the world? Being famous? Become financially independent?
To make the change? Take the time to understand the reasons that drive your sense of success
and happiness

Establish career and job goals :

Develop a roadmap for your work and professional success. Can you make a career without
setting goals? Sure Can you be even more successful in setting goals? Most investigations say
yes.

An important component of career planning is to establish professional and short-term (in the
next year) and long-term work objectives (over a year). Once this process is initiated, another
component of career planning becomes to review and adjust goals as career plans progress or
change and to develop new goals once your previous goals are met.

Final Thoughts on career planning :

Do not wait too long between career planning sessions. Career planning can have multiple
benefits, from setting goals to career change, to a more successful life.

Once you start reviewing and planning your career regularly using the suggestions provided in
this article, you will be better prepared for what awaits you in your career and in your life.
