1). A dashboard software is a real time user interface showing a graphical

presentation of the status of accomplishment of a certain project. The key
indicators of accomplishment are from which decision for project progression is
based. The dashboard is divided according to the role and task. It Is a strategic
approach to completion of a certain project. Supposing you are going to design
interactive dashboard software for your group work, how would you plan the
design? Answer the following question:

a). Who will be the users? What permission or accounts will be include?

If I will design an interactive dashboard software the users will be the student and
teachers in Tarlac Agricultural University. Google accounts and ID numbers of the
students are the only permission needed.

b). What are the basic task or features?

The task of the dashboard is to focus in student attendance and performance.

The total student who entered in different colleges of Tarlac Agricultural University will
record every day. Another is the student see their total scores including activities,
quizzes and exam before the semester ends. All grade of the students every semester
will post in the dashboard. Reminder of Special announcement, holidays and events in
the school are also a task of the dashboard.

c). What other application or interaction system can be used with the dashboard
software?

Their will be an appropriate application to access the dashboard. The application

is available in our computers and mobile phones. Internet connection also needed. The
application will have a quick tutorial to the users to help them use it.

d). In what tasks or features can the user perform using the dashboard software
and related application.
 The users can use the dashboard in many ways. When the students want to see
the schedule of exam. They are free to open it. Just login to the application by using
their perspective google account or Students ID number. Another is suspension of
classes. To be sure, open the application and check it if they had an announcement to
avoid fake news. The students can check her/his attendance in the whole school year.
The dashboard will also help them to monitor their score that they get in every quizzes
and activities. teachers can be aware to their student academic performance and
attendance using this application.

2). Every end of the semester in the university. Students are given to access to
inquire their grades without having to personally go to the Admission and
Registration Services Office. The TAU Student Portal is a service for the students
to access their grades for the previous semester in his degree program.

a). Other than access to your grades, what other service do you think is possible
would you like to interact with the system? Give at least 5 statements.

I opened my TAU Portal to see my grades after my teachers posted it. I

experience very slow service even my internet connection is Strong. Its very difficult for
us to see our grades in the Portal. On the pass online enrollment, it is hard to register
and access the program. Some said that, if all students use the portal at the same time,
we encounter a very slow service. I suggest for more faster service of our portal. More
easily to use and less time consuming.

I also suggest to add an attendance sheet monitoring in the Portal. I think it is

useful to us. We see the number of times we go to the school and we see the numbers
of our absences. This is useful to us to monitor our attendance especially to those
students who always absent.
b). Match a specific principle (i.e. under learnability, flexibility, and robustness)
application for each interaction on feature and explain how it is related? You may
describe a scenario or task to relate the principle of the goal.

Learnability, Flexibility and Robustness is related in terms of technology. For

example, you buy a brand-new Laptop with a new software and features. First, all you
need to learn how does it works and how does it process. You need to become Quickly
familiar in your Laptop to understand the new features in its software. That’s what
Learnability works. Another is Flexibility, if your new Laptop need to upgrade in higher
version with a newer feature. This allows you for adjustment and other changes to your
device. You need to be flexible in the new resources in your device. Flexibility supports
you to a new Learning. Robustness is the ability to cope with errors during execution.
For example, you encounter a problem in your Laptop. You need to be robust to that
problem.

You need a Flexible idea and Robust solution based on your Learning. That’s how
Learnability, Flexibility and Robustness Works.
