I, DAVID LESLIE BERKAHN, of legal age, Australian, single and presently

residing at 7 A Chisholm Drive Lancefield Vic.3435 Australia, have made, constituted and
appointed ROSIENE BAYAGA MORALES of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at
140 Gen. Julian Cruz St. Barangka Marikina City, as my true and lawful attorney, for me and in
my name and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things:

1. To transact, process and receive two (2) certified true copies of Certificate of Death
of the late PETER JON ROBB who passed away last December 6, 2019 at San
Fernando Hospital located at McArthur Highway, San Fernando, Pampanga from the
Philippine Statistics (“PSA”);

2. To execute, sign any all paper, documents and instruments, necessary for the
accomplishment of the above mentioned acts.

HEREBY Granting and confirming all of the foregoing matter which our attorneys-in-
fact may do or cause to be done in the premises, with the same force and effect as if we are the
one doing it personally.
