legal age, and with residence at 321 Los Angeles Lakers St., Quezon City, Philippines to be my
true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following specific act:

To make, sign, execute, and deliver all documents and other writings of whatever nature
or kind, including but not limited to my mortgage or encumbrance, in connection with any auto
loan with the Bank of the Philippine Island Makati Branch and/or any bank or financial
institution.
