Note: As per the circular of the Department of Public Instruction, Government of Karnataka dt.25.01.2018 all the children of I, II , III ,IV & V Std. (2021-22) have to
compulsorily study Kannada as Second Language.

Any changes time to time with regard to Admissions in CBSE Schools issued by Dept. of Public Instruction Government of Karnataka shall be complied.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS/ INFORMATION
1. Application forms can be obtained from the Office of the BEL SCHOOL (CBSE) on payment of the stipulated fees only through swiping
machine on notified dates.
2. Application should be filled in completely in all respects and submitted within the stipulated date along with the applicable enclosures such as-
1) Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
2) Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
3) Photocopy of AMA Card Child (BEL Employees)
4) Photocopy of ID Card of Parent (BEL Employees)
5) Photocopy of Caste Certificate ( if Case of reservation Category).
6) Photographs of parents (2 Nos) and child ( 2 Nos).
7) Proof of Documents, in case parents are Ex-BEL/ Alumni of BEEI.
8) If Sibling is already studying in BEL School (CBSE) Photocopy of the school Badge or I.D Card.
3. Incomplete / Late application will not be considered for any reason whatsoever.
4. BEL Employees are required to produce their identity card and the medical identity card of their ward at the time of issue of application.
5. Admission is subject to eligibility, priority & availability, applicable reservation rules.
6. Right of admission is reserved with the Management Committee of BEEI. Children of BEL Employees will have priority for admission.
7. Management reserves the right to continue any class/ course subject to the minimum number of eligible candidates.
8. Particulars of fees payable and documents required for admission will be displayed on the Notice Board of BEL School (CBSE) & BEEI
website.
9. List of candidates who are provisionally selected for admission will be notified on the Notice Board of BEL School (CBSE).
10. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR ADMISSION SHOULD PAY THEIR FEES WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME
GIVEN IN THE SELECTION LIST, FAILING WHICH THEY FORFEIT THEIR SEAT.
11. The Principal BEL School (CBSE) may be contacted for any clarification.
12. NO MEDIATORS/ NO CORRUPTION FOR ADMISSIONS IN BEEI.
