This acitivity is an assessment of implementation of learning community characteristics
for 3 public schools with 9 and more teachers as respondents and to determine the connection of
community to school. In addition, it also served as a survey on how principal collaborate with the
other staff or faculty members. The main goal of this activity is for us to become advancely
aware or knowledgeable in terms of the responsibiliy, task, profile of the teachers and the
background of school where in the near future we cannot say that we are the one who will teach
on that school. So, it is an advantage for us, future elementary education cause’ we are fully
aware on what the information or details that school have. Hence, This task are very worth it to
do cause we are an elementary teachers someday who will educate many students, you will
noticed that this activity informed you on how to deal with different nature such as your principal
and co-teachers. As we experienced, talking to different principals in different schools, you need
to become very professional, respectful and make sure that you’re wearing decent clothes.
Therefore, we conclude that being a teacher is a very restpectful profession or path.

Reflection
In this world of online classes, we accepted already that requirements in college are very
hard to make or to do but first of all we choose this career, this path of being a teacher. A teacher
who will do everything even in a small ways they will make it always possible. As we
experienced in this activity, there are many failures because when we went on some other school
there is a limited teachers and our classmates or the other groups are already passed a letter to
survey the teachers. So, we need to go on other school again and again and again. There are
different characteristics of principal, teachers and staff we encountered. One thing we learned in
this activity, even if there are many difficulties, you must learn to not give up on it and always
set your mind into positive that all things are possible if you really want to make it. In addition,
there are many advantages we learned on this task. Now, we're knowledgeable in terms of the
backgroud or history of the 3 schools and also we knew how to become a professional in terms
of talking or interacting with the staff and principal. Communication skills with respect are worth
it to learned in a situation like this. We feel that we are already a Teacher who deserves a respect
from the other people because some other staff called us "Ma'am Lerry and Ma'am Rosalinda"
because they said that, Rosalinda and I will be also a teacher someday. We feel the
encouragement in simple thing like that. Even if we are in a situation of having a pandemic, we
didn't think twice to grab this opportunity to have details or information about the schools,
principals and teachers because this is our chosen profession. When we are already on a field of
teaching and someday they are college students who need our help in terms of their
requirements, we didn't also hesitate to help them as much as they needed us just like what we
experience in this activity. We learned that collaboration and a good participation on the
principal, co-teachers, staff and even in the community are highly need to perform for your
smooth working time with them.
Conclusion

The selected respondents that answered the questionnaires are educators/teachers from Public
Schools of Limay, Bataan. It includes; Limay Elementary School, Kitang Elementary School and
Gabaldon Elementary School.

The School's shared values/vision is all about the School's educational goals that can be
achieved by pupils via learning. As indicated in the table above, the teacher ratings are mainly in
agreement, indicating that the characteristics of sharing values/vision in their school have been
demonstrated. These ratings indicate that the instructors, faculty/staff members, parents, and
community members collaborated and worked as a team to produce and create an effective
vision in their school, with a systematic strategy that includes the parents, who are equally
concerned about their children's growth. They also employ student-centered learning, which
entails instructors, staff/faculty members, and parents crafting vision statements that take into
account the kids' desired skills and beliefs. We can also observe that some teachers agree that
there are some entities in the school, parents, and community that have not demonstrated the
characteristic of involvement that they need to develop because the existence of their suggestions
is critical in creating an effective vision statement. This is the beginning of becoming an
effective school within the community, because we can state that the efficacy of the vision will
be reflected in every action and conduct of every student, assisting in the growth of our society.
