ISSUE –
Can you sue the pharmaceutical companies for vaccine injuries

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, everyone knows you cannot sue pharmaceutical companies as the federal government
made special deals with them to shield them from being sued.
**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, I do not agree with you. We have a constitution named
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK and to me that is the basis of all and
any legality.

of which the Parliament has power to make laws;

Sir JOHN FORREST.-Will it be optional with the state to say whether property shall or shall not be
handed over?

Mr. BARTON.-If my right honorable friend will look at sub-section (3) he will see that it is not the state
but the Commonwealth which has this option. Of course, the Commonwealth, as a general rule, will not
take over property except such as is to be exclusively used for a service that has been transferred to it.

Sir JOHN FORREST.-The clause does not contain the words "with the consent of the state."

condition to be determined before the sale is made.

Sir JOHN FORREST.-I thought that where property was not to be used exclusively by the
Commonwealth there was to be no absolute power in the Commonwealth to take it over.

Mr. BARTON.-I understood that the feeling of the committee was that the Commonwealth should have the
option of saying whether it would or would not take over any property, but that the state should be able to
arrange with the Commonwealth as to the price to be paid for any property taken over. If the parties cannot
agree, the price is to be determined according to the law of the state in regard to the acquisition of property
for public purposes.

There was this case in NSW where the government had arranged for acquisition of private land
but not for public purposes but so the builder could own the land. I recall the High Court of
Australia to make clear that this was unlawful as it was not for “public purposes”.

A pharmaceutical company is not some other country and so even a treaty cannot be established
in that regard.

In my view, the entire purported contract that the Federal government may have engaged in to
seek to shield any pharmaceutical company would have no legal validity. Moreover, I understand
that where a pharmaceutical company concealed relevant details to obtain some contract then the
contract is without legal validity.

I also view that those persons who were participating in any fraud, such as public officials may
be sued also as individuals as one cannot expect taxpayers to be burdened with cost where an
official committed fraudulent conduct to enter any contract or otherwise deceive the community.

Hence, I view that politicians, medical doctors and advisors all could be held personally liable
for concealing the truth and deceiving citizens to be jabbed (so called vaccination) when
alternative ways are denied to be offered in violation of the Nuremburg Code of 1949.

Well, here we had that Olga for so long were obligated, against our legal rights, to wear masks as
after all this terrible COVID & DELTA is there to attack anyone not wearing a mask. Well at
certain periods because when the government dictates you can do without a mask somehow then
COVID and DELTA will not be around. I made clear that there are better ways to keep hospital
clean from bacterium and germs.

Well, here Olga and I were in the hospital without masks. They did ask our name, even so they
got it on record as after all we are both out-patients, but I noticed that hospital staff which
travelled by public transport could enter without being recorded for doing so.
Anyhow, here we are with a specialist at his workstation and he is covered with a mask as after
all the danger of the aerosol is there.
In my view, aerosol doesn’t just disappear instantly at a work station but would so to say float
around. When the consultation was over the doctor then removed his mask, got his backpack and
while we were still there he started to munch on his food. Who knows if he has any pets at home
and his backpack might be covered with their germs and bacterium. Who knows where else the
backpack has been stationed and now all this dirt on it is within the work station. And the doctor
is munching on whatever and now spreading even more onto the work station. But do not fear
because he will wear a mask when the next patient comes for consultation. OK his workstation
might by now be covered with food particles but then his computer keyboard and the entire work
station might now be contaminated also. And, the next patient(s) will have the fun to be in the
midst of it all. The patient(s) will not be wearing gloves and so touch the contaminated work
station with bare hands. And, if allergic to any particular item, being a peanut butter allergy or
this kind or against a particular animal then the patient(s) might then get an allergic reaction and
no body the wiser why!

Don’t overlook that as I understand it social distancing in the UK is 2 metres apart of each other.
I do not need to use a tape measurement to know that none of them are 2 metres apart, not even
1½ metres. But then again do not be afraid as politicians are protected from COVID and the
DELTA strain as after all it is their invention to scare the living daylight out of citizens.

**#** Actually, the doctor asked if I had the test results of the blood samples and the ECG had to
be done there and then as he neither seemed to have them.
* Did you at all contemplate to get the blood test results and ECG results?
**#** Actually I had personally provided via email days earlier copies of the ECG test, but it
seems it was never entered into the system. Also, I had actually the day before requested the
medical centre to have the GP permitting me to be provided with the blood test results but didn’t
get any response. As such, I expected that if something could go wrong it will but I did my best,
this even so the doctor’s own staff should have made sure the test results were to be before him
prior to the consultation eventuating. After all, the test were done of the Friday and the
consultation on the following Wednesday and so sufficient time for staff to have obtained the test
results. It appears to me the hospital is rife with lack of proper management. Worse is that
patients are denied an “informed” assessment in the process and their lives unduly placed at risk.
* And now the TGA seems to allow Moderna to be used? More problems likely to eventuate?

I mused to explain that to my workforce when I was in management of factories. It doesn’t
matter what your position is as in the end every position is vital to the success of all. Every
contribution is like a brick in building a house. So, we must never judge ma person as to what the
person actually does but recognize the essential position and importance of a person working
with others to achieve an goal. That is why I value also feedback from readers and their
