As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

precisely constitute a “case”. We hear about COVID deaths just that what is considered a
COVID death varies from country to country, and even within a country it also varies, pending
what is political more expedient to them.

When I was since last year (2020) researching alleged COVID-19 transmissions from one person
to another, I came across and actually also wrote about it subsequently that only about 20% of
people in a household were being infected. (Of whatever the infection really was, it might have
been assumed COVID but may have been something else) And, this included husband and wife
living a normal sexual life.
When then I hear now over the news (91.5FM Smooth) that allegedly one person infected 4 other
family members as well as numerous others, then considering past extensive researched in other
countries, this to me means it cannot be COVID-19, but may be totally something else and is
deceptively used to portray some COVID-19 as an excuse to yet again unconstitutionally close
down businesses, well the minor players this as the big companies are as I understand it making a
fortune.
Bunning Preston Victoria is (at least was on 13-6-2021) selling KN95 mask for $1 a pack, which
was down from $5 a pack. It seem they had 266 parcels delivered from China! As such, if they
can sell it for $1. Each and still make a profit then consider when they were selling them for
$5.00 each. I do not know if the KN95 Are actually the same as the N95 or merely a sales
gimmick that people may think they are buying N95 type not realizing there is a K in front. As
they were from China it is neither known if they were contaminated with items that are
dangerous to any person wearing such a mask.
What seems to be is that businesses such as Amazon made huge profits because of the COVID-
19 issues. And I understand Australia Post likewise.
The issue is not if businesses should be able to make profits as after all a business that doesn’t
make a profit is generally doomed. And for the sake of employees it is important that businesses
do make sufficient profits to keep their workforce in a job. What however is the issues is that if
they are so to say artificially making a profit because of the unconstitutional/unlawful
lockdowns, etc, and so the fearmongering by the government and health officials then this
should be of concern.

Then any purported legislation of STATE OF EMERGENCY/ STATE OF DISSASTER relating

to a man-kind disease like COVID-19 is outside the legisdlative powers of the States/Territories
because the Commonwealth had already exercised it legislative powers with the Biosecurity Act
1908 (Cth) later substituted by the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth). Therefore, any State/Territory
legislation regarding STATE OF EMERGENCY/ STATE OF DISSASTER cannot relate to any
man-kind disease!
What we have is that the various governments (Federal/State/Territory) are fear mongering and
making all kinds of dubious claims, such as I mentioned the 4 family members who became
infected and many others purportedly from the one single person, this I view is a medical
impossibility if this were to be that this one central person was claimed to have COVID-19.
Again, if research from around the world in 2020 made clear that a mere 20% of infections were
in the same household and others were in non related persons, then how on earth can it be that
one 60 year old man somehow may have infected hundreds merely by somehow walking past
them? That simply to me underlines this is an elaborate conjob. We are taken to the cleaners like
utter fools. It may simply mean that others who allegedly were detected by PCR to have been
“faulty positives” or whatever.

trial” specifically excluded vulnerable groups. Now that many of the vulnerable persons were

even dying then had they never been jabbed. As such, the risk factor as I understand it is

They’re fudging the numbers as we speak right now.

I just read an article on Nat Geo that covid is causing people to become diabetic because it’s destroying

Its something that should be announced on all tv, news, etc so people can be informed. If you’re not

Why are physicians advising young people with underlying health conditions to get the jab?
Adolescents in general, have an extremely small chance, virtually nil according to some, of becoming
infected with COVID and spreading COVID. So, why are officials creating a problem where there isn’t
one? Why is the government hell-bent on getting as many citizens jabbed with a vaccine that is not a
vaccine, in as short a time as possible? Never have so many suffered for the sake of so few, and most of

Now, as the infection has become endemic in most parts of the world and the mass vaccination drive is in full
swing, U.S. health authorities are massaging data and revising testing recommendations yet again — this time

CDC Is Cooking the Books on COVID Breakthrough Cases
Originally, the CDC recommended labs use a CT of 40 3 when testing for SARS-CoV-2 infection. This
despite using a CT above 35 was known to create a false positive rate of 97%. 4 In short, by using an
exaggerated CT, healthy people were deemed stricken with COVID-19, and the fraud was further propped up
by introducing the fallacy that asymptomatic carriers were responsible for a large portion of the spread.
Now, the CDC has suddenly lowered the CT considerably — from 40 to 28 or lower5 — in what appears
to be a clear effort to hide COVID-19 breakthrough cases in those injected with the COVID-19 vaccine.
The CDC has put new policies in place which effectively created a tiered system of diagnosis. Meaning, from
now on, unvaccinated people will find it much easier to be diagnosed with Covid19 than vaccinated people. ~

To understand just how significant of a change this is, consider that the CT refers to the number of cycles the
PCR test is run at, and each cycle doubles the magnification of the viral RNA fragment that the test
supposedly looks for.
That means a switch from 40 to 28 reduces the magnification, i.e., the sensitivity of the test, by more
than 4,000 times. The end result is far fewer positive test results. However, this only applies to people who
are being tested for breakthrough infection.
So, as vaccinated individuals are contracting the illness, they're now less likely to register as positive cases,
which makes the "vaccine" appear more protective than it might be in actuality.
Had a CT of 28 been used all along, we would have had nowhere near the number of "cases" currently
touted and the pandemic would have been declared over sometime in 2020. Conversely, were a CT of
40 or higher used to diagnose breakthrough cases, you can be sure the numbers would be far higher
than currently reported.

infections,8 which it admitted was a "substantial undercount," as they're using a passive surveillance system
that relies on voluntary reporting from state health departments. 9 May 17, 2021, the number of breakthrough
cases was slashed to 1,949, as the new guidance that only takes hospitalizations and deaths into account took
effect.10
Double Standards Drive Public Abuse
By keeping the old rules for unvaccinated people — which results in a large amount of false positives
and an overcount of "cases" — and applying new rules for vaccinated individuals that result in a significant
number of false negatives and an undercount of cases, you end up with statistics that conform to the
propaganda of the mainstream media, which falsely suggests COVID-19 is far more prevalent among
unvaccinated people and that the vaccine works far better than it actually does.

load, and the viruses must be live in order to replicate. A significant problem with the PCR test is it cannot
differentiate between dead or inactive viral debris and live virus.

Reality is that those pushing for a “vaccine passport” may in the end be the one who be
discriminated against. This, as the issue of shedding may result that those who were issued with

effectiveness as “prevention of mild symptoms.” The studies are not designed to detect a reduction in
outcomes such as severe illness, hospitalization or death. For individuals who develop severe symptoms, the
vaccine is not a remedy. Instead, nutritional and oxidative support can help keep the illness from going into
“overdrive.” Peter Doshi from the British Medical Journal has concerns that the current trials are not
designed to show whether the injections will save any lives. In fact, reports since the commencement of the
rollout in countries around the world are showing the vaccines are causing deaths and injuries.
Participants in every COVID-19 vaccine trial reported adverse reactions including high fever, chills, muscle
pains and headaches. Some even reported severe reactions that required hospitalization and invasive
treatment. According to the FDA, potential long-term effects may include Guillain-Barré syndrome, brain
swelling, muscle weakness and paralysis, convulsions and seizures, stroke, narcolepsy, thrombosis with
thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS), shock, heart attack, autoimmune disease, arthritis and joint pain,
multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, and death.
Some UK health workers have experienced anaphylactic shock after receiving one dose of the approved
vaccine and the UK government has warned those with severe allergies to avoid the Pfizer inject ion.
Manufacturers have been granted complete indemnity, freedom from liability even though all previous
attempts at creating coronavirus vaccines caused harm and never advanced to regulatory approval.
Sadly, we are seeing the devastating results of these government-sponsored and unnecessary, untested
experimental injections on people all over the world. As of May 14, 2021, the number of reported US deaths
following COVID-19 vaccines was 4,201 according to data released today by the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC). The data comes directly from reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event
Reporting System (VAERS). A US Harvard Study concluded that “fewer than 1% of injuries were reported”
to the database. Every week, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date,
usually about a week prior to the release date.
Between December 14, 2020 and May 14, 2021 there have been a total of 227,805 adverse events, including
4,201 deaths. This is alarming but not surprising as there is no data to suggest safety for the following groups
of people: Anyone younger than age 18 or older than age 55, pregnant or lactating mothers, those with
autoimmune conditions and immunocompromised individuals. The safety for other age groups is
inconclusive as the clinical trial for Pfizer, and AstraZeneca will not conclude until 2023.
In Australia, the reported adverse events were over 19,598 on May 20, 2021 according to the report on the
TGA website.
