(a) Janis said that 30 women verbally committed to play but that only 15
registrations have been received. She encouraged everyone to send
their registrations and checks in as soon as possible so we knew where

we stand with registrations. Numbers are needed in order to make
decisions for the tournament. There was also some discussion on
whether we should consider opening the tournament up to Butterfield
and Sierra Del Rio.
(a) The ice machine and fountain are now installed and working at both the
Club house and the Halfway house.
(b) The tabletops in the dining area are being replaced because of a recall.
(c) Hole 9 will still be a “no cart” area for approximately 3-4 more weeks.
(d) The Governor is to open the state July 1, 2021, however to date SID
representatives continue to check the clubs’ compliance practices.
(e) The air conditioning is up and running.
(f) There is a tennis pro moving into our area and he wants to build our
tennis program.
(g) The big tent is coming down and the area will be flattened and
cemented for cart parking.
