Greetings,

We are the Our Lady Queen of Peace Children and Youth Choir known as CYC
from Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish. In1972 QPCYC started as a small church
choir dedicated in serving the Lord through music. For more than forty years now,
the group continue to accept children and youth to partake in this devotion.

In order to continue this faithful service, we the QPCYC would like to ask your
good office permission to conduct a promotion on the date we agree upon. That
being said, we would like to have an appointment with you to lay our plans and to
decide on the date of the promotion in the soonest possible time.

We are hoping for your kind consideration and approval on this matter. Thank you
