The process begins by showing the animals pictures to be made in yoga to the children. Then the teacher
explains the personal and general spaces to the children.
In this part, he uses the hula-hoop to describe the personal space for children.
After chatting with the children about the animals, warm-up activities are started. Then, when the main
activity is passed, the video is reflected in the class. And the movements are done together with the children.
In this part, the teacher observes. Helps children who need help.
After the yoga movements are finished, the sitting position is taken and the cooling movements are made.
