  INTRODUCTION
We are the first year M.Sc. nursing students from pioneer nursing college
had organized one webinar on topic “Challenges of Researchers: Identification of
Research Problem During Covid-19” on 26/10/2020 started at 09:30am to
12:00pm. In that two speaker in the webinar in that first Mr. L. Anand Associate
Professor of College of nursing AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and second Mrs. Swati sheth
Assistant professor of Pioneer Nursing College Vadodara. Apart from this there
were five teachers Swati mam, Nikita mam, Bhamini mam, Shivangini mam,
Shailvee mam and Marshna mam under the guidance of them we had planned
whole webinar.
LEARNING OUTCOME OF THE WEBINAR
 To become aware about the topic.
 To discuss the identification of research problem in covid-19.
 To know about the challenges of researchers.

DETAILS ABOUT WEBINAR

First of all about one week ago we had started our preparation. Our
organizer Mrs. Varsha mam said to our class to plan one meeting so firstly we
decided the main topic of our webinar then after the selection of the topic we had
decided two another subtopics in that for individual speaker. Secondly under the
guidance of Swati mam, Shivangini mam & Nikita mam whole work of webinar
was distributed among 12 students of our class. Some student handled technical
part of webinar, some of them made ppt for the content. Some student got the work
of registration, some of them made pre-test and post-test questions and some
student made the certificate for the participants. We decided zoom platform for our
webinar. Total 100 participants were join through zoom and remaining participants
were join by through youtube live link.
Before the one day of webinar we trial a practice session for to get set up.
The whole procedure for webinar was like first introductory speech by the
Shivangini mam then pre- test then session one then session two and then post-
test.

Our faculty teacher Shivangini mam given introduction speech regarding
"Challanges of Researchers: Identification of Research Problem During Covid-19.
She had given overview knowledge regarding Nursing Research and how to use
nursing research these was all about her speech.

 SESSION 1: INFORMATION GIVEN BY MR. L. ANAND SIR ON

RESEARCHERS PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION IN COVID-19,
CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES.
After conducting pre-test started the first session was taken by Mr. L. Anand
sir in that he had covered the topics regarding which are the common challenges
and opportunities during covid-19.

He gave knowledge about all the challenges in detail with suitable examples.

FORMULATION AND COMPONENTS OF RESEARCH
PROBLEMS
After completion of first session of webinar, the second session was conducted by
Mrs.Swati mam. She given information about the Formulation and components of
research problem.

SUMMARY
To sum up, our webinar was conducted on 26/10/2020. In that two speaker had
given such a nice information regarding current hard situation that we are facing
right now that is covid 19 pandemic. Pre-test and post-test exams were also
conducted for the participants. This was such a nice experience that we had so far.
Were very grateful to our faculty, organizer Varsha mam and Principal Sir for
giving us this golden opportunity to explore our ability.
