Worship
Worship is recognizing God's all-powerfulness and giving Him glory. Worship is an

love and respect for creator.

Worship in Islam
Worship in Islam is a part of daily life for Muslims and pleasing to God Worship is
included in the five pillars, most important from that of Salat (Namaz), which is
the practice of ritual prayer five times daily. In the Muslim world, the
word worship is forbidden to be used (Ibadat) if it refers to an object or action
and not exclusively to Allah.

In Islam Salat is primary worship (Ibadat) and part of five pillars of Islam. All five
pillars are basically worship (Ibadat). The five pillars – the declaration of faith
(shahadat), prayer (Namaz), alms-giving (zakat), fasting (Roza) and pilgrimage
(hajj) – constitute the basic norms of Islamic practice. They are accepted by
Muslims globally irrespective of ethnic, regional or sectarian differences.

 Testimony of Faith (Shahadah): The first of the five basic foundations is
knowingly and voluntarily asserting that, “There is nothing worthy of worship
except Allah, and Muhammad(peace be upon him) is the Messenger and last
prophet of Allah.”

 2. Prayer (Namaz): Muslims are required to pray five times a day to maintain a

spiritual connection with God and remind themselves of their ultimate
purpose in life. Muslims strive to establish a personal spiritual relationship
with their Creator .

 Charity (Zakat): This is an annual charity given to the poor. Muslims must give
2.5% of their yearly savings or specific amount gold and silver to help the poor,
Charity is one of the vital sources of social welfare in Islam.

 Fasting (Roza): Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan, the ninth month
of the Muslim lunar calendar, by refraining from eating, drinking, and sexual
interaction from dawn to sunset.

 Pilgrimage (Hajj): The pilgrimage (journey) to Makkah is an act that every

Muslim must perform once in their life if they are physically and financially
able. It symbolizes the unity of humankind as Muslims from every race and
nationality assemble together in equality to worship God.

issues or confusion like how to perform different (Ibadat) like what is the right
way to offer Namaz , on what amount money and gold or sliver how much zakat
has to paid , fasting while traveling.
Solutions to these problems are Quran and Hadees .As Muslim our believe is that
Quran is a complete way of living. Quran and Hadees guides us on how offer or
