Conformity

I was a former SK Chairman in our barangay way back 2010-2013 and

consider as one of the councils in our Barangay. When we have a planning for an
annual budgeting majority will just agree to the plan conducted by our Brgy. Captain
even inside we are not agree but due to his superiority we have no choice but to
follow in order to make things easier and not to put ourselves in trouble.

Competition

In politics you couldn’t get rid from competition between you and your co-
member when one of the councils wanted to propose a project others will never stay
silent instead will make something that will make him well-known. Example our first
Kagawad proposed a project proper sanitation then of course as a leader of the
youth I will propose also project like sports training and sports supplies.

Cooperation

Although there is always a competition we always cooperates each other

towards the one goal in our Barangay for the betterment of everybody which is the
peace and order. We plan some strategies and strengthen our companion to have a
better outcome for our goal.

Decision making

When it comes to making a decision our captain usually practice the voting for
the fairness of everybody but at time, he asked and accept suggestions or opinions
of other member in order to have a successful outcomes in our plan.

This is the reality in politics there were instances that some will just conform and
practicing and allowing the process of consensus.
