in Electing Public Official

TRAITS TO CONSIDER IN ELECTING PUBLIC OFFICIAL

A leader must be transparent.


It is important that a leader is honest in every aspect.
He/She must frequently update the people about the
current condition of the country, explain his/her
actions towards it and lastly, ask for the feedback of
the members.

A transparent leader builds trust and better


relationships with the members of the society which
causes for everyone to succeed and achieve their
collective goals.
TRAITS TO CONSIDER IN ELECTING PUBLIC OFFICIAL

A leader must be communicative


and cooperative to his/her people.
A leader must be active in sharing his/her plans and
ideas to everyone. The leader must execute and
share information concisely and clearly. Aside from it,
a leader must be open-minded, willing to listen and
acknowledge the opinions or criticisms of his/her
members in order to know each other's interests and
be united to find solutions to the things that needed
to be improved.

A cooperative leader gives his/her members an


opportunity to grow and contribute to different
plans/programs in the society.

A leader must be competent.


A competent leader means a person is responsible
and initiative enough to do a certain
work/obligations. He/She always gives his/her best in
order to achieve fruitful results for the good of
everyone. A competent leader is ready to face any
challenges to learn and improve, does not make
impulsive decisions and behaves in the collective
interests of others instead of their own.
