INTRODUCTION
The Group has advanced machinery and technology to design and manufacture various fully - machined
parts (Forged and Sheet Metal) with highest quality, functionality and cost-effectiveness.

JHR Group is a highly specialized group of manufacturing units owned and managed by professionally
qualified, experienced and widely travelled persons of integrity. In a short span of time, the Group has
made deep dents into a number of national and international markets with its products, such as -
Truck/Trailer Body Parts, Automotive Parts, Sheet Metal Stamping Parts & Fabrications, UPS, CVTs,
Inverters, Servo Voltage Stabilizers and CVCC Battery Chargers.

We have an integrated Machine Shop attached to each unit having value-added and quality assurance
facilities and all jobs are carried out in-house right from designing till final packing.

We deliver ready to use finished components as per customers’ specific needs within the committed
delivery schedule. Our client base is expanding day by day and we are becoming the ‘preferred partners’
of our clients for all their requirements. The Group has its office in Germany at Iserlohn with a Resident
Manager (see detail under head "contact")

ABOUT JHR OVERSEAS

Three ardent friends holding high qualifications and senior positions in various companies sat together
over a cup of tea and indulged in serious discussions with regard to the problems their companies were
faced with. They also sought each other’s advice about the possible solutions. One of them promptly
came up saying that even if they suggested the best solutions, it was not sure that they would be allowed
by their employers to implement them. At this very stage, the most enterprising among them, came
forward with an idea of forming a consultancy firm to provide customized solutions to the problems
relating to engineering designing, manufacturing and export marketing, where they would be at liberty to
make the best use of their long experience and be their own masters. They also conceived an idea of
setting up a modern Workshop to machine sophisticated parts. All facilities such as designing, tool
making, machining, quality checking, surface coating, packing, etc. were thought to be provided in-house.
It was proposed that the firm would develop and procure raw forgings from the reputed manufacturers of
the town, finish them in its own workshop and supply them to its clients – both domestic and overseas.
This is How JHR Overseas came into being with JHR signifying the first alphabet of the names of all the
partners.

Immediately thereafter, the Partnership Deed was written on 13 April 2013 and work on the project
started in May, 2013. The work on the project commenced and was completed in a record time of 6
months. Simultaneously, the partners approached their respective contacts and were promised full
support.

JHR understands their customers’ needs the best, which enables it to offer customized solutions to their
technical problems. After carrying out a detailed survey and holding prolonged discussions, JHR presents
a detailed proposal for a fool-proof solution to the problems.

During the last 6 years of its coming into operation, JHR has achieved a combined sales turnover of USD
1.5 million. It has now embarked upon an ambitious diversification plan to be implemented within the
next one year in order to touch the sales figure of USD 2.5 million.

"JHR has already put up another modern unit with its own Tool Room, Forge Shop, Machine Shop and a
well equipped Laboratory.

 iii. Heavy Duty Weld On Over Centre Fastener Latch

Heavy duty over centers for when standard latches just wont cut it. These latches have a heavy
duty spring running through the primary hook so you can guarantee a strong positive connection
to your canopy, door or wherever you might be using them. The tongue is separate which also
helps determine where you put the tongue and in turn decides how tight the latch will be when
engaged

2. AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

i. Solid Type Shackle Plate

Provided Shackle Plate is based on the theory of a beam of uniform strength or known in the
business sector for its excellent quality. It is made up of high quality stainless steel or tested for
assuring their quality before providing them to our valued customers. Our offered shackle plate
is an integral component of the suspension system which attaches between the leaf spring and the
vehicle frame. Apart from this, our offered Shackle Plate is usually used with U bolt
 ii. Stainless Steel 45 Adapter 

These cones are machined from high quality stainless steel (much higher grade than the
standard aluminum ones we carry). In addition to looking much nicer (the finish looks like the
factory adaptors from the Techniques 1200), these cones are the heaviest we carry, excellent
for stability and durability. If you don't use cone style adaptors already, you need to make the
switch as it's much easier to switch on and off records while DJing or just listening.

iii. Cylinder CY058T

Free holes for screws, key removal in two position. Available with multiple different surface
treatments. This product has ABLOY PROTEC² -lock system. ABLOY PROTEC² is a factory
level locking solution. Every key is carefully controlled and is only made at Abloy Oy's factory.
The keys have a patented sliding element that increases key security. One key fits several locks.
How many locks a single key opens and who has access to what, can be accurately controlled.
 3. FORMWORK ACCESSORIES

i. Tie Rod Wing Nut

Tie Rod Assembly is used to hold panels on opposite side of the same wall to be casted. The
various components used in this assembly are Tie Rod, Plastic Cone, Wing Nut, Anchor Nut,
Waller Plate, Water Stopper And Rapid Clamp 

ii. Formwork Wing Nut-Cast Iron

Zinc plating, DW 15 is to connect the tie rod for formwork anchoring. Round plate diameter 80mm,90mm,

These wing nuts allow high tightening torque values. The slightly concave marks on the wings
