PART II
REFLECTION/REACTION

It is crucial to normalize mental illness, especially in view of the stigma of our society. It's
possible that it will make it more difficult to detect treatable problems. Anxiety disorders can
cause people to internalize their anxiety and normalize their symptoms.

The four mental disorders, namely anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and dementia, are
extremely important for us to understand how they affect each of us. In fact, all of us, particularly
students, are now confronted with and experiencing this type of disorder. We face so many
challenges and struggles as a result of the pandemic that we don't know how to deal with our
current situation. Every topic discussed by the resource speaker helps to feed my brain with
knowledge, especially about mental health awareness. The manner in which the resource
speaker discussed the aforementioned topics was quite clear to us, but overall, we learned a lot
from it. I've learned how to deal with anxiety and depression when they arise in me. They make it
easier to understand by providing an open forum for discussion on each topic.

The webinar has helped me learn more about every aspect of our mental health and how
we can keep it healthy. Knowing and understanding this type of topic can help change the lives
of thousands of people. It is very informative and provides the correct perspective on each topic
being discussed. That they should direct their lives in the right direction in order to live a healthy
life and have a better future.
