    What
    does it mean?

    An Artisan is a craftsperson who creates items by hand, they usually used the ability they
    acquired over a long period of time. The skill they employ is learned over a long period of time, often
    years, and it is the acquisition and application of this skill that is described as ‘‘an end in itself’. However,
    the artist works to finish a painting. The techniques employed in this process is a means to an end.
