Dear Robert,

I am writing this letter to show my happiness towards your apartment and there are some
repairs to be done.

I am very happy to be your tenant, because your apartment is very perfect for living. We have
hospitals, super markets, schools and malls very near to this apartment. And also my office very
closer to this apartment, it will save a lot of time to me, in my busy office days it will give some
time to relax and a beautiful balcony to spend some time with my family.

When we come to talk about interior part, we have some small repairs to be done. We are
having a small crack in the ceiling, and a blockage in kitchen wash basin. You promised me that
you will make repairs done if I find that is not good.

Because I am living with my family, I am having a fear that if we leave that ceiling it will become
some mess and we have to face problem in further, and the blockage will ruin all the kitchen
with water. If you make those repairs done, we will be very happy and can live peacefully.

Q : In many countries, crimes rates amongst younger people has been rising. Discuss the causes and
solutions for this problem.

Many countries are facing a serious problem of youth being distracted to commit crime. The main
causes are lack of education, need of money and their habits. Country should give awareness to the
youth about the consequences they face when they choose illegal path.

Firstly, lack education is a reason where youth choose a different way, which is illegal for the country.
The country should provide education to the people of the country from children to youth for free or to
a very less of cost. They get socialize and get to know the laws of their countries and chances of getting
involved in illegal activities will decrease. For example in India the quality of education is very low and
the literacy rate is very low when compared to other countries, and crime rate is becoming high.

Secondly, money plays a vital role in increasing crime rate. In some countries the people are very poor
and choose a illegal way of living, they choose illegal ways like robbery and killing people for money. This
will fulfill their needs but collapse the economy of the country, because no tourist will like to enter into
that country, due to high crime rate of that country. They should get some legal income source for living
to control. For example, South Africa is a country where very less people choose to go there for living
because of their high crime rate.

Lastly, bad habits that they are habituated will raise the criminal activities. To buy the stuff they want
they need money, because they cannot work without their stuff they will choose a easy way of income,
and they will do anything for money.

In conclusion, the rate of crime is increasing due to lack of some basic things in their life, if country can
provide them, the youth will be in a better way of living.
