1 Scope of the Project
 Supply of Lighting Control System and Testing & Commissioning as per the drawings
received (Annexure 1) from Mirage Electromechanical Contracting - L.L.C.
 Design of Lighting Control System as per mutual discussion with Mirage
Electromechanical Contracting - L.L.C (Annexure 2).

3 Responsibilities

3.1 Assumptions

 All installations at site is completed by customer start of testing and commissioning

 Drawings which we received are 100% in line with actual site
 On-site access, safety induction and security approvals to perform works are to be
provided by client. Client will bear any related cost.
 The drawings received is in line with requirement

3.2 Exclusion

 Installation at site
 Cable pulling, conduit works and other mechanical/civil/carpentry works
 Motion Sensors
 Light fixtures
 Network switch
 BMS integration
 PC/Tablet
 BACnet Integration
 Communication Cable
 Wiring accessories
 Any changes in BOQ will have cost implication
 Any third party integration

3.3 Delivery Schedule

Shall be mutually discussed and agreed after receiving all approved drawings & documents,
confirmation of readiness of rooms.

3.4 Standards and Definitions

 The integration of panels is executed as per the current applicable standards &
regulations (IEC, EN, VDE). Our manufacturing systems are in compliance with our
Integrated QMS according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008.
 All information stated in this offer is confidential and disclosed only to Mirage
Electromechanical Contracting - L.L.C following the receipt and assessment of your
enquiry. This offer is subject to contract terms & conditions being mutually agreed upon.
If you are not familiar with the above-mentioned terms, please request a copy of them
from ELCA.
 The delivery time starts upon technically & commercially clarified receipt of your order,
together with approved manufacturing documentation.
 The stated prices are net prices. Taxes (including UAE VAT) or fees applicable shall be
charged additionally.
 This offer is subject to the general terms of sale and the general terms of delivery for
products and services of the electrical industry including the extended reservation of
title, as well as to its supplementation. Your terms of purchasing are only applicable to
the extent that we have confirmed them in writing.
 This offer and the respective performance of the contract are subject to the
requirement that the required export licenses are issued and no obstacles resulting
from German or any other export regulations exist.
 The export of the subject matter of the contract and documents may - e.g. due to their
type or intended use – be subject to authorization (also refer to the notes in the delivery
notes and invoices)

4 Pricing

4.1 Wireless Solution

4.2 Terms & Conditions

 Basic switches considered for wireless solution

 Each circuit load must not exceed 16A resistive.
 Additional load carried in circuits to the mentioned assumption will require additional
relays that lead to cost implication
 Any additional qty/material apart from BOQ considered for proposed system shall be
charged additionally after mutual consent
 Normal working time- 9 hours per day including 1 hour break, 6 days a week and weekly
one day off and all government holidays will be considered as paid holiday
 Transportation from Accommodation to Dubai Site shall be considered in ELCA scope
 Any coordination with End Client will be the responsibility of customer
 Arranging required site documents and specification etc. at site shall be customer
responsibility
 First Aid Box shall be arranged by Customer
 Required drawings/manuals scheme shall be provided for our reference and any
changes or addition in the initial drawings will be considered as variation.
 Working overtime has to get approved before starting the job to avoid any clarification
and dispute later and the same is chargeable
 Documents to enter site must be provided by customer to concern person, before work
start date/time
 ELCA working hours starts on arrival of our staff at site, Delays caused due to
Customer/End client issues (document issue, pass issue, etc.) will be countable.
 The offered price is only valid for the proposed total quantity.
 Required gate pass shall be provided by customer (24Hrs before work start)

The proposal was prepared under the following terms and conditions

30 days from the date of offer and thereafter subject to written
confirmation. Above unit price are valid for indicated Material
Quantity/Type. Any amendment in Quantity/ Type will impact
above quoted price
30% Advance
60% on Material Delivery
10% after Testing & Commissioning

General Terms & Conditions ELCA Systems Terms and Condition applies
General Price Increase We preserve the right to adjust the price in line with the
initiation index of the UAE.
