Process ANSWER:

A. Based on the situation I’ve already read , I can say that the problem that I’m facing to this situation
is the miscommunication or the misunderstanding. In the communication between the sender and the
receiver is failing to communicate clearly to understand clearly the message .

B. The verbal to communication seem to be operating here it is the way to communicate between the
vice president and their employee to the receiver. And also the verbal here is the way of communicate
using a phone call from the large dealer in La Union. The non-verbal to communicate seem to be
operating here it is the way that the dealer screams about the rude treatment she says she has received
from the Intuit customer representatives.

C. To resolve the problem ,I will consider to use the 3PS model in communication . the first one is the
practice as a Vice President I should be practice more myself as well as my employee to have a better
results of work. The second one is the way of planning , we should planning every steps before doing
some work to know how can we start by doing some work to make it better. And the last one is the way
of performing as well to have a better communication with others. And as a Vice President of the
Intuit with the employee , we must know about the 3Ps as well. Which , by the way , is excellent that
means I get the right coaching.

D. I think the best criteria to solve this problem is having a evaluation of one another that can identify
the issues . To have an evaluation we can should have a face to face communication to know what is
the problem and what they need to do .

E. Using the criteria , the options and its best solution are,

Evaluate the following :

 Problems

 Ideas or suggestions of everyone

 Possible solutions

- By using this solution , which is to evaluate the ideas or the suggestions of everyone in the
company it is the best way to understand the problems and they easily understand of how can solve
problems immediately and to performed much better to avoid a miscommunication or a problems.

Product Answer:

- The opening statement I can make to the dealer , first I’m asking a forgiveness and apologized to
what happened . And I will telling the truth story of the issues without argument and I will explain to
them what are we evaluate to solve the problem.
