or issues they are facing.

In the midst of this pandemic, find an article about management issue or problem. Answer
the following questions:

1. State the problem/issue

3. If you are the manager or the leader:

4. Write down the steps by steps you took to resolve the issue

1. In the article that I read there are six challenges or issues that managers encounter during
the COVID-19 outbreak.
 Mental health and Wellbeing

2. The people involved in this management issue are the employees and manager.

 If I am the manger or the leader, I will handle the situation by having a continuous
communication with my employees and will give considerations to my employees without
pressuring them.

 For me, communication is the biggest tool in solving this problem. If you have a good
communication with your employees, you can understand their struggles during this
pandemic and how vastly it affected them. When you have a good communication with your
employees, you can check if remote working is suitable for them or not.
 The solution that I can offer is to do remote working like work from home so they will be
safe and not get contaminated with the corona virus. But before that, I’ll try to assess if it is
convenient to them. If it is not, then I’ll try to give them some support so that it will help
them keep in track with work. I will also communicate with them so that I can monitor them
and keep them engaged in their works.

4. The steps by steps I took to resolve this issue is:

 First, I will communicate with my employees because it is very essential to a
workplace.
 Second, I will assess which is suitable for them if it is remote working or working
from office.
 Third, Once I know what’s convenient for them. I will try to implement remote
working because of the current situation to avoid contact with the virus and keep
everyone safe. If it is not suitable for them, they can work on the office but will keep
the schedule convenient for them so that they will not go out to work every day. I
will also be strict on my employees about following the safety guidelines.
 Lastly, I will communicate with them and will still keep them engaged in work. We
all know that everyone is having a hard time adopting to the changes because of this
pandemic outbreak. But I will give considerations to them and I want to update them
about their works or tasks and what is needed for the team to become effective
while encountering this covid-19 pandemic.
