11 Check the furniture room, linen room, O.E store, beverage store.
12 Check the coffee machine and kitchen stewarding area
13 Acknowledge the breakage sheet
14 Check all the electronic signage
15 Check meeting rooms
16 Check the outdoor area ( Pre function area, terrace and gardens)
17 Check Grbage bins
18 Check Pantry Area

Set Up
19 Check cleanliness of banquet carpet
20 Check banquet set up as per the Banquet Event Order.
21 Check all buffet set up ar clean
22 Air-conditioned at the right temperature and lighting as desired.
23 Check for audio visual requirement and functioning of screen.
24 Check for indoor plants looking healthy and fresh
25 Check for the music Level
26 Banquet hall is free from bad odour.
27 Check for you flowers and allingment.
28 Check for white board, flip chart and stationary box.
29 check for Pen, Pencil, Mint, bottle water and box.
30 Check for all Banquet linen. Well ironed and has to be crisp.
31 Check for buffet set up i.e Soup counter, Tea/Coffee station Water station etc.
32 Check all coffee stations are set as per stanadard
33 Check all display screens are on
34 Check the all sinages are placed
35 Check back of house clearence area is set for operations
36 Check all set ups are clean (Salt & Peper is refilled)
37 Check all beverages like fresh juice are all picked up for the days function
38 Check all bar area and check if beverages are stacked as per Event
39 Check coffee machines are functioning properly
40 Check audio visual is set as per BEO and functioning properly
41 All linen for the day is arranged
42 All flower arragments are picked up and fresh
43 Check buffet stations are set as per the standards

8 Shut down all systems
9 Check all staff allocation for the next day and confirm even casuals
10 Lock up the office

Check all juices left are thrown and bottles clean and returned to the juice

SET UP
22 Check banquet set up as per the Banquet Event Order.
23 Check all screen displays are shut down
Check all audio visual requirement and function are working and than shut

down before leaving
25 Banquet hall is cleaned by house keeping
26 Check all next days set up in the ball room & meeting room
27 Meeting rooms are cleaned by house keeping
Mise en Place is ready for next day events (Crocery ,cutlery & Salt and

pepper)
Check all meeting rooms which are booked for more than one day and have

them locked
30 Check linen log book if all linen is sent for washing
31 Check all flower arrangements are sent back to the flower room
32 Check all partitions
Check all guest item left behind and have them labeled and entered in the

log
