FT 201C: BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

Examination Scheme
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal
performance of the student. The Semester Examination will be worth 60 marks. It will have two
Sections A and B. Section A worth 36 marks will consist of five theory questions, out of which
the examinees shall attempt any three questions. Section B, worth 24 marks, can contain
case/numerical, and shall be compulsory. Numerical should be from topics: estimation of
National income and Propensity to Consume and Propensity to save.
FT 202C: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Examination Scheme
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal
performance of the student. The Semester Examination will be worth 60 marks. It will have two
Section, A and B. Section A, worth 24 marks will have theory questions. Section B worth 36
marks will contain practical/numerical problems and/or cases.
FT 203C: E-BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Examination Scheme (External 40 + Practical 20 + Internal 40)

The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal
performance of the student. Students are required to carry out a compulsory minor IT project in a
group comprising of four to six students. The project must be focusing on various real-life E-
Business models and practices. Detailed guidelines will be provided by the concerned faculty
member. A panel of internal and external examiners will conduct the viva-voce examination for
the compulsory minor project on E-Business Applications at the end of the semester and award
marks to the student out of a maximum of 20 marks. The semester examination carrying 40
marks will have eight questions out of which students will be required to attempt any five
questions.

FT- 204C OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Examination Scheme
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal
performance of the student. The Semester Examination, carrying 60 marks will have two
sections, A and B. Section A, worth 36 marks, will have five applied theory-based questions
(descriptive type), out of which students will be required to attempt three questions. Section B,
worth 24 marks, will have numerical / case (s).
FT 205C: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Examination Scheme

The course carries 100 marks out of which a bifurcation of 60 as semester examination and 40 as
internal assessment marks. It will have two sections, A and B. Section A, worth 45 marks, will
contain five theory questions out of which the students will be required to attempt three
questions. Section B will comprise of one or more cases, worth 15 marks.

FT 206: BUSINESS RESEARCH METHODS

Examination Scheme (External 40 + Viva-voce 20 + Internal 40)
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the Internal
Performance of the student. Students are required to carry out a compulsory minor research
project in a group comprising of four to six students. A panel of internal and external examiners
will conduct the Viva-voce Examination for the compulsory minor research project at the end of
the semester and award marks to the student out of a maximum of 20 marks. The End Semester
Examination will be worth 40 marks. It will have two sections A and B. Section A will be of 28
Marks have six questions out of which students will be required to attempt any four questions
worth 7 marks each, Section B will be of 12 marks having one or more cases (open-ended or
closed-ended).
FT 207AE: PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
Examination Scheme (External 40 + Viva Voce 20 + Internal 40)
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal
performance of the student. A panel of internal and external examiners will conduct the viva-
voce examination at the end of the semester and award marks to the student out of a maximum of
20 marks. The semester examination will be worth 40 marks. It will have two sections, A and B.
Section A, worth 24 marks, will contain five theory questions out of which students will be
required to attempt three questions. Section B will comprise of one or more case(s), worth 16
marks.

FT 207AE-ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Examination Scheme
The Internal assessment of the student’ performance will be done out of 40 marks. The Semester
Examination will be worth 60 marks. The question paper in semester exam will consist of two
section A and B. Section A will carry 36 marks and consist of five questions out of which
student will be required to attempt any three questions. Section B will comprise of one or more
cases/ problems worth 24 marks.

FT 208EG: PSYCHOLOGY
Examination Scheme
The internal-assessment will be out of 40 marks. The semester examination will be worth 60
marks. It will have two sections, A and B. Section A, worth 45 marks, will contain five theory
questions out of which students will be required to attempt three questions. Section B will
comprise of one or more case(s), worth 15 marks.

FT 208EG: MANAGEMENT BY CONSCIOUSNESS

Examination Scheme
The internal-assessment will be out of 40 marks. The semester examination will be worth 40
marks. It will have two sections, A and B. Section A, worth 24 marks, will contain five theory
questions out of which students will be required to attempt three questions. Section B will
comprise of one or more case(s), worth 16 marks.
