This morning, I reviewed my emails, excel, and other forms of communication since we
had a holiday break. I have been in contact with Brandon Wilde frequently. Instead of
communicating with the Community of Life Services Director of Brandon Wilde, I received an
email from the Wellness Director. She informed me of the great benefit her community would
receive with our virtual webinars. For that reason, I gave her links to upcoming webinars along
with past webinars her community may have missed. She also asked if there would be a
possibility for someone from the Arthritis Foundation to be a guest speaker for the community.
Since I am not located in this area right now, I will not be able to travel to this location. I relayed
this information to my internship supervisor and forwarded our communication too. She
informed me that she would try to find a well-informed volunteer, doctor, or arthritis warrior in
the area that may serve in this way. I was excited to see continued contact and benefits from
communicate with communities I have already received responses from. Rather than overloading
them with the many resources we provide, I have seen benefits of selecting one program or event
that may serve the particular setting best. Throughout the day, I made progress on our

the Crystal Ball fundraiser in October. As I continued to email individuals and businesses, I plan
to follow-up with them by a phone call next week informing them of the letter sent to their
address along with the email I previously sent. I want to confirm I have made contact with these
organizations. I also noticed that I was assigned to One-on-One Physical Therapy which is a
facility I know we have made contact to promote our INSIGHTS assessments but did not receive
a response. Since they are on the past donor list, they have donated to previous auctions. For that
reason, I compared contact information and realized we may be able to use these contacts to give
them more information about the Arthritis Foundation to their facilities. This may be helpful to
Today, I dedicated time to our excel sheet focused on our INSIGHT assessments before
we had our weekly meeting from 10:30 – 12:00 pm. We spoke about our continued progress, and
we were updated on our INSIGHTS and were sent the INSIGHTS report for the past two weeks.
I have learned in the last 7 days, we have had 10 people register and 20 assessments completed.
In last 14 days, we have had 25 people register and 40 assessments completed. This is
encouraging and great improvement to when we first began contacting facilities of the
INSIGHTS assessments. Once we are able to reach a larger organization, I am confident the
assessments will increase greatly but this has been difficult to do. Within larger businesses and
organization, it has been challenging to obtain correct or effective ways to communicate to the
right person. Although this is the case, I have learned that it is important to continue to reach out
to these organizations with new individuals because someone may be find value in the Arthritis
Foundation. Once our information reaches this person, there may be a lot of opportunities to

addition to this, I was able to add more to my monthly calendars. I have finished my other works
in Canva, but I have been adding to the monthly calendar as I have received information from
my internship supervisor. In our meeting yesterday, she informed me that she would try to
distribute this information more often so I can contribute as much as possible to the monthly
calendar before I finish my internship. Once the national office sends her this information, she is
able to forward the information to me. A lot of the information she sent me included upcoming
webinars which I plan on forwarding to Brandon Wilde when the events get closer since their
faculty believes the webinars will be most helpful to their retirement community.
Today, I used most of my time to organize both of my excel sheets along with emails. I
have found it challenging to manage my work since the excel sheets and emails are growing.
There have many times that I have accidentally overlooked an email or skipped over an
organization on an excel sheet. Eventually, I realize and make contact quickly. Since this has
been challenging for myself, I made a folder to move emails pertaining to the Arthritis
Foundation as I receive them. I am confident this will allow me to look over these emails quicker
