    AG Policy 2020: ERP Project Creation

    1. After approval of estimate, user will create project based on estimation in ERP using T-code CJ20N.

    Scheme Code: 0083

    Coding Mask: CAG-21-XXXXXXX

    The project is created at Division in ERP but user can map District and Grampanchayat to WBS in Custom
    Enhancement tab.

    2. After assigning the budget to project, release the project and create PO using T-code ZPS_PO.
    PO details of project will be sent to maintenance portal.

    3. The grampanchayat reference is mapped in JMC and WCR of the project.

    NOTE: The one project should be created for one estimate.
